We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the hotel’s location and your Deluxe Twin room. However, we apologize for the inconvenience occurred when we missed the opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to ALL programme and honor the related benefits, such as the upgrade. Please allow us to remind you that the upgrade is upon availability at the moment of the check in and being the hotel at capacity we were not able to grant it. We also apologize for the lack of attentiveness from our team in the lobby. We will use your criticism to improve ourselves where needed. Concerning the offer and the cost of our breakfast kindly allow us to mention that we have aligned our offering to other five star hotels in the area.
