Overall, I thought this hotel was good value for money. It seemed fairly new, the rooms were well maintained and the staff were kind. There was a small gym. The breakfast could have had more options but was fine. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire 2-night stay. It was down in the hotel. I believe it was fixed after we checked out. The staff were apologetic but could not do anything about this and did not offer any sort of compensation.

Bem localizado, porém numa zona não muito segura, onde recomenda-se nem utilizar celular na frente do hotel. Atendimento muito bom! Café da manhã excelente, bem diversificado. O almoço a la carte também é muito bom e servido rapidamente.

Opinión en español: Es un hotel de una cadena que uno sabe de antemano que es lo que le espera. De mi experiencia, el hotel cumplió con todas mis expectativas. La habitación era confortable y el baño era espacioso. En cuanto al desayuno, había variedad para elegir y todo estaba rico. Respecto al personal, muy amables y profesional de su parte. Lo más flojo que destacaría es su ubicación, ya que si bien posee una estación de tren y una de metro cercanas, a la noche la zona da la sensación que se vuelve inseguro y solo hay un supermercado abierto a las nueve de la noche. No hay lugares de comida cercanos al hotel. Para las personas con discapacidad, este es un alojamiento que está preparado para recibirlos. El ascensor es amplio para que puedan entrar y girarse dentro de la misma sin ningún problema. Las habitaciones adaptadas están bien cercanas al ascensor en cada piso y señalizadas para identificarlas rápidamente. Lo único que me genero duda es la presencia de alfombre en los pasillos hacia las habitaciones. English review: It is a hotel of a chain that you know in advance what to expect. From my experience, the hotel met all my expectations. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. As for breakfast, there was a variety to choose from and everything was delicious. Regarding the staff, very friendly and professional on their part. The weakest thing I would highlight is its location, because although it has a train station and a subway station nearby, at night the area gives the feeling that it becomes unsafe and there is only a supermarket open at nine o'clock at night. There are no food places close to the hotel. For people with disabilities, this is an accommodation that is prepared to receive them. The elevator is spacious so they can get in and turn around inside without any problem. The adapted rooms are very close to the elevator on each floor and signposted for quick identification. The only thing that raised my doubts is the presence of carpeting in the corridors to the rooms.

Zona piena di senza tetto Hotel con camere piccolissime e scomode sé hai qualche valigia grande Buona la pizzeria interna Per il resto dotato del minimo minimo Frigobar vuoto all ingresso alla reception ti dicono che devi pensarci tu a seconda delle tue esigenze a riempirlo Hotel senza un minimo di asciugacapelli o kit cortesia Muri della camera sporchi Bagno pieno zeppo di piccoli animaletti volanti (Colombini) Zero tagliato alla mia agenzia che non ha inserito neanche un minimo di colazione Tetto con infiltrazioni

Siamo felici di sapere che la posizione centrale del nostro hotel sia stata comoda per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse della città, inclusi i 600 metri dal Mercato Municipal. Abbiamo preso nota delle sue osservazioni riguardo alle dimensioni delle camere e alla mancanza di comfort per ospiti con bagagli ingombranti. Ci dispiace che le camere non abbiano soddisfatto le sue aspettative in termini di spazio e comfort. Riconosciamo anche le sue segnalazioni riguardo al frigobar vuoto all'ingresso e alla mancanza di asciugacapelli o kit cortesia nelle camere. La manutenzione delle camere, compresi i muri e il bagno, è un aspetto che terremo in considerazione. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ci dispiace che la sua agenzia non abbia incluso una colazione nel pacchetto. La sua segnalazione riguardo alle infiltrazioni nel tetto è stata presa in considerazione. The only negative thing I have to say is kind of beware of your surroundings when you leave because there are alot of homeless people in that area. The upside from that is that it is centrally located in downtown where places are more convenient to get to. The staff was friendly, the fitness was well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
