Excellent choice on Paulista Avenue! Very professional and welcoming reception staff. Carlos and Luis demonstrated uncommon empathy and efficiency. We enjoyed having soup at the hotel when we arrived tired. There are plenty of places to walk and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff—both housekeeping, restaurant staff, and reception staff—are of a high standard and very friendly.

Political pins worn by front desk staff. Inappropriate and not necessary, no mention of extensive construction in lobby and hotel floors. Overall poor experience.

Good location and good service plus front desk wonderful support Ana and Corolime does excellent work for helps. Next time I will stay this hotel also. Around this hotel is famous Ave which is is easy to find restaurants and shopping center.

The pictures you see on the hotel description are misleading, both for the lobby and the rooms. This hotel has an overall old, worn, tired feel and look. Rooms are small and windows face directly on to the next door building's huge cement wall, literally two meters away, so expect absolutely no view at all. Very poor water preassure in the bathroom (10th floor). Fortunately for us the A/C worked well. Would rather look for another place to stay next time.

You will soon be able to enjoy a new ibis, with a revitalized infrastructure. As for the rooms, ibis is part of the Accor chain's economy category, with a focus on functionality and comfort. We recognize that the size may not meet all expectations and, for those looking for more spacious accommodation or additional services, we suggest considering brands such as Mercure, Novotel or Pullman, which offer a higher level of comfort. Regarding the view, due to our privileged location on Avenida Paulista, we are surrounded by buildings, and the views often include nearby buildings. Regarding the water pressure, we apologize for the inconvenience. We would like to know if the issue was reported to our staff during your stay, as we would have acted immediately to resolve it. Nevertheless, our maintenance team is already aware and will check to avoid similar situations in the future. Worst hotel in existence. No control over cold or hot. No blankets. Was only heated by running hot water in the shower. The room is so small that was the way to get the room up to level heat. The windows have wind coming through even when closed. The phone has no way to call down stairs for help. The only solution is to sleep on the floor of the bathroom until I am rested enough to go down in person to the front desk where it smells like curry by the way.

Alternatively, brands such as Mercure, Novotel or Pullman may better suit your preferences for future stays.
