I spent two nights at the hotel and it was a good stay - not excellent because I was missing some amenities I am used to on the Mercure hotels (coffee, tea and water in the room). But everything was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. The food on the room service was not exactly great, which was a negative. The highlight is the staff: everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. Just this would make me want to go back to the hotel next time I am in SP.

No extra pillow -not so clean....(i´m a every week costomer)

i have stayed at the Adagio Barra funda every week since april 2020, and every week, i ask for extra pillows, but they do not provide and i should get it at the front desk.( some times they haven´t got pillow there...) Frequently there no cups..

it used to be great, now is lacking management

I used to stay at this place all the time for several days in a row, sometimes up to 3 weeks, Used to be great, clean, good breakfast. not it's not soo clean, they say that they can only clean the room twice a week due to covid, which is a BS, all other hotels are performing room service everyday. Since December I stayed at 3 different hotels in SP and they all have daily room cleaning. The breakfast is also another disappointment now. they say that due to covid we can not serve ourselves anymore, We have to wait for them to give us food and the service is super slow, sometimes they have staff there playing on the phone while the line is forming. this place today is lacking management.

Very nice hotel in Sao Paulo, with Gym, restaurant and swimming pool. Suggested for business trips. The view from the highest floors is incredible. The crew is very helpful. The area around the hotel is not so safe in the evening.

I found this hotel absolutely fine. The staff were friendly and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a nice view from the balcony. Bed was comfortable and the room had almost everything you'd need (including a small kitchen and dishwasher). The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. I only have two minor complaints. Firstly, the wifi in my room was slow. Secondly, there was no kettle in the room! There were cups and saucers, and even a saucepan, but no kettle to make tea & coffee. It was a very minor but annoying omission.
