Hotel building is located right beside the police station and the Paulinista metro station. Most of the staffs do not understand and speak english, so be ready with your translation app. They have a concierge and a trolley in the reception so you wont be having difficulties with your luggages. The Economy room with breakfast is small - With own toilet and shower (separated) and a double deck bed set-up. No slippers and bottled waters included but with basic toiletries like bar soaps, shampoo and bath gels (not refillable, but upon requests). The separate toilet has no bidet and sink. You have to use tissues for your special needs. 😅 We requested another linen in the reception and they gave us a complete set (pillow, towel, blanket and linen). Excellent! The breakfast buffet starts at 0630H to 1000H as instructed during checked-in but it ain't true. The buffet usually starts past 0700H. Keep in mind that they are using "tokens" for it. So keep it with you when coming to the restaurant. They keep luggages (any sizes) for just 6BRL per piece per day. Cheap compared to luggage storage services in the airport

We are characterized as super economical and because of that, we have some alternative services that are offered in order to have attractive rates. Our weekday breakfast is open from 6:30 to 10:00 on weekends and holidays from 7:00 to 11:00. I apologize if there was a lack of hygiene items in your bathroom, you could have called us and we would have taken it to Mr. Once again, we appreciate your comments and hope to regain your trust in the near future. I stayed for a couple nights at this hotel and even though the staff was friendly there was no room service available nor cleaning products available at the room I stayed in to prevent Covid. I felt unsafe specially because there was no room cleaning even though it should be a common practice these days. I won’t stay there anymore and I don’t recommend it.

The room is super duper small!! But it's marketed and disclosed as a budget hotel so it was expected. I had a double room but it was just enough for 1 person I think. The pricing seemed a little overpriced for a budget hotel and compared with other hotels in the area, especially as breakfast is not included. The location is very convenient, it's on the end of Av. Paulista, so you are still within walking distance but maybe not as in the middle of all the noise. It's also next to the Paulista metro station which makes traveling around the city very easy. WiFi is included but it's a little sketchy as the service drops in and out sometimes. The cleaning people were super nice. Shower pressure was good. Shower door, not so good, somehow water would leak onto the floor as there were gaps.

The hotel has a great location and fulfills its own proposal. The only problem was with the noise from the people in the next room, perhaps because the walls are thin. The attendant (Fernanda) was very friendly!

Great location and clean hotel. Very friendly receptionist Daniel ! Breakfast not worth it the price. Staff took over 20 minutes to replace some sausages and omellet. Not acceptable when you are in a hurry to leave.
