This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The TV has no international channels, the safe does not work. The walls are responsive so you can hear people talking at night. The area around the hotel is dangerous no access to a convenience store , there is access to an enormous shopping mall though but it has no supermarket or convenience store.

Visiting Center Norte conference the best choice is Novotel, nearby to expo (walking or Uber) and also close to shopping center. Breakfast is chaotic specially during conference because prepared!! The hotel is big many rooms, the rooms are ok no issues. Busy when expos are happening.

Bad experience! More than 1 hour to check in. There was an infinite cue due to the hollidays and each check in took forever. We wanted 2 connected rooms for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids and they ran out of them. The rooms were a joke. Tiny beds, antique technology (no smart tv, no chargers) Do nor recommend it

We stayed here for a night before a flight home for the holidays. Check in online was easy and we just had to pay and pick up keys. I booked through Accor so was able to earn points. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. The staff spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable and they had a pack and play for the toddler. She also loved the play room. Great stay
