I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The receptionist was unhelpful and came across as quite rude. When we asked simple questions about our booking, I requested a late check-out, but the staff immediately declined my request without even checking first. Later, after checking, they were actually able to grant the late check-out, which made me wonder why they refused to help in the first place. This left a very poor first impression and made the whole experience unpleasant. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, which I really appreciated. If the staff were friendlier, this hotel would be an excellent choice.
