Location of hotel is great. But upon check in I was not given any information.
First, there is no recognition of status, it is fine for me not a big thing.
Secondly, the staff at check in did not explain my benefits of using club lounge, which floor it is etc, despite using suite upgrade for Crest Suite. Nor did he explain about breakfast venue, gym, swimming pool or any other information. Not even the most basic information that I have welcome drink that can be now redeemed through app, which ended up I totally forgot that I was suppose to have them even. I thought maybe because we arrived late, but on a second thought that should not be an excuse because as a hotel there should be a night shift staff despite that i'm the only one checking in at that moment.
So the next day I just took my breakfast in the club lounge, as I didn't bother to find where main breakfast venue was. Turns out this was one of the worse breakfast I had from many hotels. The selections are severely limited, I should have made my effort to main dining venue...
I wish the hotel will take advantage of the location by strengten its' service.

Fantastic location, close to all the big attractions. A grab car was never more than 3-4 minutes away. Breakfast got very busy, but was very good. Room was nice and a decent size. The only downside was the price of the extra roll-away camp bed, which turned out to cost us an extra hotel room stay over the course of our stay.
