Was our first time at this hotel at Bugis. Very well located. The upgraded room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Will certainly recommend and back again soon. Excellent services from staff at checking, breakfast and dinner.

The Staff is kind, helpful and always has a smile. Rooms are fair size and cleaned daily.. Next door shopping Mall and being close to the river makes geting round easy. The price is very good for what you get. I will come back as it was a Fantastic stay.

Checked in for a 2-night stay in the signature loft room. Check in was swift, assisted by a friendly staff. Upon entering the room, was pleasantly surprised to see a note addressed to me by the general manager Mr Philip Wong. There was also complimentary chocolate. Room was compact but functional. Love the queen-sized bed. Pillows were firm and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet is separated, which is something that I like. Love the pool opening hours. It only closes at 10pm, enabling a night dip. Breakfast spread at Royale was passable. As it was Singapore Grand Prix Weekend, there was a crowd during breakfast. However, there were plenty of seats available. Mercure Bugis is conveniently located near Bugis, Bras Basah and Bencoolen station. There are lots of restaurants, affordable or expensive available within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great city hotel, centrally located. Very clean, has all the modern conveniences. The rooms are a bit small with not much closet space but good for a short stay. Housekeeping was very good and most especially staff at the reception especially Michelle. Thanks for a great stay!

Average stay, probably not the most family friendly.

The hotel is close to MRT stations and lots of dining options. I had emailed before our arrival to request a cot for our baby which had been confirmed, however upon arrival we couldn’t get one. The room was so small anyway, I’m not sure where we would even put it. I had also bought a separate baby towel to use for our daughter and the housekeeping accidentally took it with the other hotel towels one day, even though I had it hanging separately and it was noticeably different to the hotel towels. When I asked if it was possible to get it back, I was told next time don’t bring a white towel so it doesn’t get confused. The breakfast and pool were good, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again with kids.
