1. There is no upgrade for me even room available on next tier. 2. The glass is broken and I almost swallow a broken piece what I receive from hotel just say sorry. For me this is not really fair.

Long time Accor hotel user. My most recent stay had a few disappointing aspects. Mainly to do with the hard product. Rooms although unique were quite dated. My main issues were with the toilet and shower. Toilet didn't flush well and required 2-3 tries usually. Plus a bad stench was always present. No bidet. Shower door would not shut well and water from the shower would seep out from underneath when in use. Staff were good any overall the stay was pleasant enough. However the issues with the room prevented it from being a memorable stay.
