โดยรวมดีมากครับ แต่การเช็คอินล้าช้า เนื่องจากตรงกับช่วงเช็คอินหลายคน แต่มีเคาเตอร์แค่ 2 ที่เลยทำให้การเช็คอินช้า

1. There is no upgrade for me even room available on next tier. 2. The glass is broken and I almost swallow a broken piece what I receive from hotel just say sorry. For me this is not really fair.
