Lovely place at a very nice Location

I believe that the biggest advantage of Mercury Bugis is the location: next to Bugis and Bugis Plus Shopping Centre, very close to Orchard Road and next to a metro station. The hotel is lovely and very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful and I highly recommended

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A wonderful surprise was the unexpected early check-in, which made a huge difference for us. My family was deeply grateful because we were exhausted after an overnight flight.”

Comfortable stay with excellent front desk service

We had a good stay at Mercure Hotel Bugis, with the highlight being the front desk service, especially Grady, who was friendly, helpful, and made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The location is convenient and easy to get around, and the room was clean and comfortable, though slightly small. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would consider staying here again mainly because of the good service

I stayed at Mercure Singapore Bugis and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Bugis and just a short walk to MRT stations, shopping, cafés and restaurants, which made exploring the city super convenient. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and a bit on the cozy side like many city hotels in Singapore. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s facilities, including the rooftop pool, gym and restaurants added nice touches to the stay. Breakfast had a good spread, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt modern and welcoming. A few things like room size and occasional noise were minor drawbacks, but for the location, comfort and service, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers in Singapore.
