Thank you to Bern, concierge of Fairmont Hotel. Our suitcase arrived at the hotel with missing zip opener. We asked Bern to help us organise to fix this and within a day it’s all done. We had breakfast at the hotel, unfortunately here we didn’t have as great service here. Clove was so busy, I can’t believe we have have to make our own noodle soup .. other hotels in Singapore have a chef make this for us 😔 The breakfast staff doesn’t know what is single shot latte. After 3rd goes, the maître’d of breakfast restaurant tried to teach me how to drink latte? Me who is a coffee snob.. just smiled … I have been drinking latte for 30 years 😂😂😂

Had an excellent experience with Fairmont Singapore. Mr Yuan Yang, the housekeeping manager and the whole team at the Fairmont were very efficient and welcoming. Will be choosing this Hotel again. Cheers! Room 935 & 936

It's a well-located hotel and the staff are friendly. It was connected underground, so it was convenient to move to another building. Above all, I was very satisfied with cleaning and organizing the room. I was lucky to meet a very kind and talented housekeeper while staying at the hotel.

Excellent rooms. All the staff were attentive to our requirements. The buffet had a very good selection for every dietry requirements. The location of the hotel is above City Hall and conveniently linked underground to Raffles Links, Suntec and Marina Square. There are a good selection of food outlets in the basement of City Hall hence you will not go hungry. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. We booked last minute and everything was set up great. Loved our rooms and the views. Would definitely stay again. Great location as well in Singapore so you can get to every spot easily and conveniently
