Positiv: Alles sauber, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch wenn man bei der Verabschiedung einen schönen Tag wünschen könnte. Frühstück i.O.. Beim Frühstück versucht das Hotel, sich auf die verschiedene Nationalitäten und Frühstücksgewohnheiten einzustellen. Das führt natürlich unweigerlich zu einer beschränkten Auswahl für die jeweiligen Gäste. Aber die Qualität ist befriedigend bis gut. Auch ein koch für die Zubereitung der Eiergerichte war vorhanden: insofern gab es auch leckere Omeletts. Hervorragend sind die diversen Lifte, die ohne große Wartezeit den Transport sicherstellen. Der Außen-Poolbereich wurde während meiner Nutzung aufgeräumt und war sauber. Die Duschen hatten leider keinen Sichtschutz. Eine an der Rezeption hinterlassene Information für mich wurde prompt weitergegeben. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich bei Ankunft. Ein Minibar-Kühlschrank und ein kleiner Safe sind zur Selbstnutzung vorhanden: sehr gut. Wifi-Empfang gut. Metro-Station direkt hinter dem Hotel (über den Hinterhof) erreichbar: super! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war insgesamt trotz des kleinen Zimmers gut. Negativ: Das Einchecken an der Rezeption mit dem Pad ist keine gute Idee. Ohne Hilfe des Personals geht es selten. Leider fiel ein nur angeklebter Duschcremespender in der Dusche während der Nutzung von der Wand ab. Hier wäre die Montage mit Schrauben auch langfristig besser. Relativ hellhörig. Raucher müssen leider auf die gegenüber liegende Straßenseite zum Rauchen. Kein hoteleigener Raucherbereich.

Das Hotel ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein reicht aber voll aus. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Man hat am Bett eine KI welche gut funktioniert. Bett und Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Safe und Wlan kostenlos. Auf dem Zimmer ein Wasserhahn zum Abfüllen von Trinkwasser. Regendusche, Shampoo, Spülung und Duschgel alles vorhanden. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Bademantel, wer den benötigt. Super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal Es war ein atemberaubender Aufenthalt ! Danke an das gesamte Team

Transfer vom/zum Flughafen Changi mit Bus 36 direkt bis SMU. Von dort 5min. zu Fuss. 2 Metro-Stationen Bras Basah und Bencoolen sind auch in der Nähe. Hotel neu und sauber. Zimmer konnten wir bis 14Uhr kostenlos nutzen. Ab dann hätten wir 90 Singapore Dollar bezahlen müssen für late check-out. Schade, da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen, kostet ca. 21 Singapore Dollars. Reichhaltig und lecker.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sehr sauber, die Zimmer bestens ausgestattet und wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann, aber auch mehrere MRT Stationen sind in der Nähe.
