The staff ( Teddy!) is amazing. So helpful with every single thing we asked for. Organized and professional. I will come back every time I visit Seoul. I recommend to any travelers for business or leisure the hotel is so awesome. We held an event here and their service was flawless and the guests all appreciated how clean and tidy.

Clean, wonderful rooms and a fantastic breakfast. I’m a member of the Michel Bolton band and Elin D. From the hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a place for me to practice my saxophone! Highly recommended!! There are wonderful views from the hotel bar as well as the pool. Very nice fitness center also!Jason DeLaire

The whole staff, but especially Pamela at the reception desk was very helpful and courteous. The room (upgraded category) was spacious, newly furnished and well equipped. The beds were also very good, I slept well.

5/5. Beautiful modern hotel with great views and lounge bar and facilities. We stayed here for a night prior to moving to our hotel in centre of city. Enjoyed the facilities and welcoming staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chic stay in Seoul.

it was an awesome experience. Me and my girlfriend came here for our anniversary. Since it is a new hotel, everything was clean and neat. Service was really nice, everyone was really polite. and dont forget the view it is beyond my compliment
