What an amazing experience for me !! I get surprised to stay in my birthday and surprisingly the staff already prepare cake and personal greeting. Hotel also close with the mall, very convenient to get anything at mall. Very nice experience for me and my family. Special thanks to : Tiffany, Shiva and Devira.

The hotel is modern and clean with a nice shopping mall next door. The rooms are well appointed with good HVAC. The executive lounge staff were great with personal welcomes and goodbyes by name anytime I saw them. In fact, all staff at the hotel were personable and professional. Special recognition goes to Axel and Pandu who helped me with my taxi and allowed me to practice my Indonesian language skills as we waited Lots of laughs for sure. All in all, it was great stay. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Jakarta.

I was very happy when I stayed at Swissotel Avenue PIK Jakarta on January 28-29, 2025 (1 night), with my Accor member, I got a very pleasant experience, especially I got a Class Upgrade which was very worthwhile for my Accor Plus member, indeed the best 5-star hotel, not only complete facilities provided, but the service, food, executive lounge, everything is okay!!! thank you also for the morning hotel stretching program tutor Mas Rhama at Purovel Sport, my family and I feel excited to carry out the next activities! hopefully I can come back and have a better experience.

Swissotel, Great service.. Specially at The Chinese National Restaurant.. In a very hectic chinese new year's eve, They can handle it pretty well.. Thank to a very nice waiter Ms. Suchie, Help the elders in my family by getting some food from the buffet for them.. Very humble security guy on 6th floor, Mr.Fahry..
