Been here for my pre to post wedding ceremony The best place and service that we had recieve thru our journey The property itself is amazing, got reservation thru albert before came here, the the teame really make it live up to the brand Special shout out for regina who bring and serve us ginger tea, my wife lost her voice due to tireness post wedding and ginger tea is an amazing treat for her, she even accompanied us after her shift which is beyond. Such and amazing talent Ozy and zacky from the front desk and operator is very helpful too Overall totally Amazing stay

Stayed here for a business trip in September 2024. Had a great stay. There are many 5* hotels in Jakarta, but the service stands out here for me. Especially the team at the excecutive lounge makes you feel at home. Great team there, please keep it up!

The only 5 star hotel in PIK located exactly beside shopping mall. Location is perfect in the central of PIK. Rooms are perfectly design, bed is very comfy it’s comparable with Westin if not better. However, amenities inside the bathroom need to be refill and re-check by housekeeping. This is my 3rd times stay in hotel, and same issues encountered. Breakfast is nice, food varieties is a lot. They have spa and fitnes area, I’ll try next time.

Best room among all Accor hotels we have ever stayed in Jakarta. The staffs are very helpful especially Mr. Oji and Ms. Angela at the front desk who helped us during check in. I was pregnant during the stay and everyone was helpful. Extra pillows with no charge, decent breakfast with variety to choose from and easy access from lobby to parking.

From the start to finish it was a smooth process. Starting when I arrived, during my stay and when I left, what an experience. Daniel and Alzahri of Concierge, Benny of Reception, Irenna, Nuril, Cheris, Sam, Michellyn, Cecil, Anna, Cecilia, Shiva and Marcella of Guest Relations, Leo and Alam of Housekeeping and last but not the least Carolina, Regina, Kikomi, Bella, Cia and Nenny of Executive Lounge. What a memorable moments. Special kudos to Daniel who recognised me when I walked in to the lobby. What a WOW factor as we haven’t met before. 🤔🤔🤔. I found out later on how he did it. 👍👍👍 I look forward to seeing you all again in October.
