I spent one night here with my wife and daughter. The hotel is conveniently located next to the mall so you have easy access to food and shopping. The staff at Swissôtel were very professional and customer orientated. I especially want to single out Novi, Tia, and Arif for their warm hospitality and great service when my daughter and I had breakfast there. I would very much recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in PIK. Keep up the good work!
