毛巾有很重的香烟味,床单不干净,有鞋印。早餐没有水果,鸡蛋饼都是冷的。

在前台等办理入住,四个工作人员各自忙碌,让我等待,前面有一个印尼本地的房客在处理一件事。终于轮到我了,有一男一女两个前台告诉我系统问题不能办理,让我去沙发等待。我大概等了十五分钟后,自行去前台,找了另一个前台秒办理入住,关键是前面那个女的也在,怡然的玩手机。不知道系统什么问题,至少好了该通知我吧,这个服务意识都没有,令我很气愤。这个女服务员胸牌三个字母,微胖,名字忘记了。

早餐开始的早,非常方便赶早班飞机的住客。 早餐种类较单一。 靠街道的房间比较吵。

整体还行,11月3日入住时遗留了 一个U型枕,11月6日再次入住时让前台帮查询是否收到,前台回复会电话通知我,结果到第二天离开也未反馈。

位置很好,离机场很近,可惜班车一个半小时才一班,时间不合适的话只能打车

服务人员热情周到。房间狭小。窗户全封闭,导致屋内湿度大,被褥潮湿,非常不舒服。住旅馆这么多年第一次发现毛巾浴巾是褐色的,你是怕毛巾脏了客人看出来吗?否则没有任何理由选择这种颜色。可能是机场旅馆,性价比很低。下次乘机绝对不会再住这里。

离机场很近(预计10分钟车程),可以大大节省去机场的时间,酒店提供机场送接机,但相比附近的FM7时间安排上不能做到随时接送,有待提高,而且从机场去酒店的标示不明显,出租车司机一般都会绕路。

I do apologized that you feel uncomfortable for our FREE shuttle service that scheduled every 90 minutes from hotel to airport, however if you in hurry we are providing private taxi anytime you want and it cost you only IDR 50.000 one way to airport. 不是第一次入住,但这次入住有两点不好,一是住二楼标间,室内烟味特别浓厚,窗户是大玻璃无法开,因为是早班飞机,晚上休息很不好。二是前台的航站楼标识牌没有及时变更,我们是南航飞机,现已改为T3航站楼,但服务员及前台显示牌均是T2,导致我们航站楼错误,在机场重新坐bus,办理登机手续很照张。

酒店离机场近,提供免费穿梭巴士。早餐从早上3点开始就有了,充分考虑了早班机旅客的需求,而且早餐不错。

已經完成網上checkin, 但到counter 職員好似找不到我的記録, 好似又頭再checkin 一樣, 看著她打字好似打千字文一樣, 打很多很多野, 最後好明顯係現在才找房間, 因為她問我smoking or non smoking room, 明明予約很清楚. 另外, 房間太暗 shuttle bus 已reserved, 但早上太滿坐, 車到時一早已經8成滿, 好似已從其他酒店載了客人, 上不到車
