The hotel is near to jakarta airport. The room was very clean, bed was very comfy.Tasty breakfast and staff was very helpful and friendly. Hopefully they allowed people for early check in if any room is available, our flight arrived around 8am. We reached the hotel around 10,asked for early check in and we are OK with extra charge but need to wait until 2pm. The rest was all good. Will stay again in the future. Thanks ibis style jakarta.

We stayed at this property last June prior to our early flight the following morning. We arrived really late and check in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. My gold Accor member was acknowledged, and we were offered a complimentary shuttle that suited our time, instead of taking the scheduled hourly shuttle to the airport. This information was not offered to me when i called the property a couple of days before check in, which was a little confusing. The room itself was tired to my liking, the bed and linen felt a little old. However, the room was pretty large and surprisingly quiet. For the price we paid, I thought it was justified. Keep it up!

Great facilities, breakfast, and service. Nanda was my server for dinner, and riski set up the hookah. Breakfast had all of my favorite Indonesian dishes, including Bubur. Easy to reach from the airport with free shuttles, though make sure to check the schedule ahead of time. Would visit again!

The waitress is very friendly and accommodating (Nanda, boy,Haikal,rizky,lutfi and azril). It was a very nice evening with live music and the delicious buffet right by the pool - a really nice atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed.

Very friendly waitress( Nanda , boy , steil ,haikal). She is very helpful and competent. Everyone is very relaxed and attentive. All waitresses grinn the whole time. The food was delicious and good music. The life band is very talented. Nice atmosphere.
