clean room, good vibes. our family love to spending here. HK team really helpfull and make up out room with alot of towel art, all staff are friendly include with security. good choose to stay here and will come back really soon. alot of experiance here. love soooomuch

This hotel is very nice and aesthetic Very comfortable staying here when I finished breakfast at 7, I met the room attendant in front of the room, he was sweeping the front of my room 320, and he greeted me nicely, I wanted a massage in the morning and he took me to the 1st floor but it wasn't open yet, he chatted with me enthusiastically, Thank you Mr. Iman, nice to meet someone like you

Disappointing Airport Transfer Experience at Ibis Styles Airport Jakarta

As a loyal Gold member of Accor Plus, I had high expectations for my stay at the Ibis Styles Airport Jakarta. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a disappointing lapse in service. I booked to stay for one night on 29/04. Upon booking, I arranged for an airport pickup, a standard benefit for Accor Gold Plus members. However, upon arrival after an exhausting flight, there was no sign of the promised transfer service. I found myself stranded in the middle of the night, feeling quite frustrated and inconvenienced. So I called the hotel and was surprised that they don’t have my details and arrangement to pick me up. It was only after I reached out to the hotel myself that they finally bother to sent someone to pick me up. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of proactive communication or accountability was disappointing, especially as a valued Gold member. I file my complain later on by texting one of the hotel’s officer, who said they will investegate this disappointing event. Never heard from them again since. While the hotel itself may offer comfortable accommodations and amenities, the initial setback of the missed airport pickup left a lasting negative impression on my stay. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and seamless service, qualities that were unfortunately lacking in this instance.
