Very good location. Easier for us to find food for lunch and dinner at Central Park Mall and shopping. Also have excellent service. Room is very clean. Recommended hotel for business or holiday with family.

I have a good quarantine experience here. All the staff whom I have encountered with are nice, helpful and polite. Foods are great (love the Indonesian food the most as it was traditional dishes but on fancy presentation.) 👍🏻

Look, I understand that during this pandemic, you have to cut corners to keep your business alive. So I came to your hotel with considerably lower expectations... yet I still feel disappointed. Here's why. - When we arrived at your lobby, the temperature's high enough that we were sweating while waiting for our room. - Yes, we had to wait for our room. 45 minutes, to be exact. What is the purpose of online check in if in the end, the check in process took longer than most 3-star hotels? - The payment process was also troubled; we were promised a special rate in the email (including discounts using GarudaMiles) but at the front desk we were asked to pay considerably more. thankfully after showing the email, this problem was solved but it shows lack of coordination between Sales and the frontliner. - the amenities in the room... again, I know that you had to be as efficient as possible, but no bathrobe, no cotton buds, there's not even a laundry bag... at this point it's just sad. - pool and gym was not open, but that's understandable. - the breakfast was served in the room instead of an open buffet, which is also understandable. but the selection severely lacks, especially compared to other five-star hotel breakfast during pandemic. we asked for the breakfast to be served at 8 am, but it ended up being served at 8.30 am, and that was after we called the front desk to remind them that the breakfast was not yet served. also, the breakfast arrived mostly cold, which didn't help to its already mediocre taste. - this is just minor inconvenience but you should swap your outdated alarm-cum-iPod player with the newest one. and also the TV's remote is out of battery; it's a good thing my phone can also double as a remote. all in all; I was disappointed. there still were some positives though: - the staff is amicable and explains thoroughly what benefits we can use as we stayed at the Executive Suite - room was bigger than I thought. and it's squeaky clean. - the location is strategic as it was next to Central Park. I hope this review is helpful and Pullman can improve what is lacking in the future. I wish you all the best, but I won't be staying at any of your hotels for the time being.
The Usual Great Stay (considering new normal)

Usually stay here at least once a year on my birthday.. always welcomed with delicious (and i mean really2 yummy well prepared) cake + fruits + cookies inside the room. This time checked in a few days after my born day - although no cake and snacks - but ALL Safe.. Room is on minimum amenities but of basic necessities, ones we really use and need. Additional amenities are a phone call away and delivered muy pronto. Welcome drink for 2! (instead of allowing only 1 applied by other hotels although the voucher clearly states valid for 2 when room is occupied for 2 guests) at the very cozy BUNK lobby lounge, with plenty to choose from their beverages list. The usual great stay..
Such a memorable, five-star service experience rarely found in Indonesia

It's been a long time since I last stayed at this hotel since there have been newer 5-star properties in Jakarta from Accor. As I was planning to take the family to the Jakarta Aquarium, I decided to reach a contact person from the hotel from many years ago. To my pleasant surprise, Pameyla Tan is still at the hotel and responded promptly as the Guest Experience Manager of the Guest Experience Department of Pullman Central Park. What follows is one of the most warm, welcoming and professional response and assistance I have ever experienced not just from the Accor Group but from any hotel, and I have spent the last decade staying at numerous 5-star hotels across Asia (Fairmont, Sofitel, Raffles, Intercontinental, Conrad, Ritz Carlton, etc) which are well-known for their hospitality. I think her staying at the same hotel for all these years has enabled her to perfectly know her property and her staff to such an extent that as a guest, I was heavily impressed by the level of service I experienced during my week-long stay with my family. I have been around and I am well aware that such good intention from a manager is not necessarily reflected by each and every single staff we come across at the property. But during my stay, I get a level of service from all the staff - starting from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, to the cleaning service and security - as if they have just been briefed by the Guest Experience Manager a moment before. Impeccable, and I very rarely utter this word. I have two toddlers and a baby with me, and she offered to provide kids amenities that really, really, made their day. Such a nice gesture. For families, I highly recommend their Executive Suite as it has a double-sized sofa bed more than enough for two kids of any age. Note that for seasoned travellers, whilst the property is not brand new, all the hardware serve their purpose and for those occasions when 5-star means more of the service and staff than the hardware, well, I definitely had one of such and it felt good. I hope the General Manager read my review and realize that he has such a valuable asset in his Guest Experience Manager, Pameyla Tan. My compliment also goes to Edward, a tall, spectacled waiter in the restaurant, who provide such a personalized level of service of which the better-dressed supervisors failed to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised when he can recite all the specific orders my entourage has requested a day before. Thumbs up!
