First time stay in Pullman Central Park Jakarta, it was a complete package with a great service, room, location and connected to the big mall Central Park Jakarta. I got an upgrade from basic to suite room as Platinum Accor member, special thanks to Pak Joshua and team for the great service. The breakfast was superb, even though I expect more warm service from the restaurant team, since there was no one asking or serving coffee/tea for me. Hence I need to self service by myself. Room was big, clean, and convenient. What I like is the connecting to the mall with lots of option for shopping and entertainment. Such a great experience and I would love to come again in the future. Thank you Pullman Central Park Jakarta.

Is was my first stay in Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel. Besides the Hotel just beside the shopping mall, the staff in this Hotel provided an awesome service. For the past few years I regularly travel from country to country and only staying in Accor properties. I could said I will make Pullman Central Park Hotel as my Home away from Home Hotel. I could like give compliments to the staff at the main door, the Bunk Lobby Bar, the housekeeping team, the services at the Collage Restaurant and especially the entire team at the Executive Lounge. I specifically would like compliments to Executive Lounge NOVI. She is really an awesome staff who I have met during my stays. Kudos to the team at the Executive Lounge. Personally felt that Front Desk services still need improvement.

Very good service with check in and check out staff Felix. Room are clean but prefer more privacy on the shower area. Breakfast at Executive Lounge are wonderful experiences and very good service provided by the staffs, all staff are well trained with smiling attitude.

Various food option ✨️ From western, japanese, seafood, indonesia, desserts, etc. Food was great. My favorite was the lobster, pizza, cheese platter, and lamv. Love hpw you could request the meat to be cooked medium rare. Although some parts were hard to cut. The salmon sashimi was fresh 👍

I loved this place. On arrival, Wuian was super and she upgrade us from king room to a suit! The suit is so comfortable and the view is amazing as well. All staff were helpful and their in dining dinner is so delicious and in good price. I would love to visit this place again.
