Excellent hotel, especially the 5 star customer service by Wulan. Hotel has great location (next to a mall) and great kids friendly facilities too.

I arrived very early at the hotel and the hotel was fully booked. The staffs (Wulan) were very kind and helpful. They informed me that the standard check-in time is 2pm, which I am aware but they went beyond their call of duty to arrange and prepare a room for me when one of the guest checked out.

I stay at Pullman Central Park every month for my work trips, and their commitment and service have never failed me. You can feel the warmth and genuine hospitality even before stepping into the hotel—starting from the security team, the porters, all the way to the front desk crew. During my recent 9-day stay, they truly made me feel at home. They even sent fruits and cake to my room over the weekend so I wouldn’t feel alone in Jakarta. Their thoughtful gestures and consistent attentiveness make every stay comfortable and memorable. Specially thanks for the 2 beautiful ladies - Diana Afriza (been checking on me how was my stay and any assistance needed) and also Wulan which she remembered which room that I usually stayed. Thank you again for the amazing attentiveness & service
