I recently stayed at Mercure PIK for just one night during a quick visit to Jakarta, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the experience. The hotel has a modern and sleek vibe, which made it feel both comfortable and stylish. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, greeting me with a smile as I arrived. The lobby area is spacious and well-lit, giving a good first impression. My room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is always a big plus for me, especially when staying just one night.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Mercure Jakarta PIK. The food was exceptional from breakfast to the àyce option, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The variety and quality really stood out, making each meal something to look forward to. The room was also very comfortable, clean, and well-designed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and modern facilities that made the stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, Mercure PIK is a perfect combination of great hospitality, tasty food, and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

I went back here to celebrate my mom's birthday which alligned to the date of my sister's graduation and i could say they maintained their whole service very well. I came here last year shortly on a transit trip and didn't get the chance to fully enjoyed the property, but this time, i could sincerely feel it. Kudos to all team who made our short gateaway memorable

One of the hotel that I could ever recommend. The room view is amazing especially on the high floor. All the front office staffs were good.
