I have stayed at Mercure Jakarta many times. When I have business trip in Jakarta, I choose to stay with Mercure because staff here are friendly and gives assistance when guests needs help. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. I have had a great experiences so far. Thumps up!

Comfiest bed situation! Best feeling to comeback after a long day resting on a good bed. Had the best sleep after a long day out and about. The hotel design is bright and modern. The breakfast area is very spacious and bright complete with a huge variation of food and a lovely coffee station. The hotel itself is directly connected to a shopping centre so it’s very easy to grab any food and other necessities at anytime. Will definitely come back!
