Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you encountered during your stay. We deeply regret the inconvenience regarding the room amenities. Kindly allow us to clarify that, as part of our sustainability initiative, certain amenities such as toothbrushes are provided upon request rather than placed in the room by default. However, towels should certainly have been properly prepared, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are also sorry to hear that the spa experience did not meet your expectations, both in terms of environment and treatment quality. Your comments have been shared with the Spa management team for immediate review and improvement. Furthermore, we sincerely apologize for the delay in room cleaning. Having to follow up multiple times and eventually seek assistance directly from housekeeping staff in the hallway is absolutely not the level of service we strive to provide. This matter has been addressed seriously with our Housekeeping team to improve responsiveness and communication. Regarding the surrounding area, we understand that the nearby facilities and accessibility may not have been as convenient as expected. While our location is primarily known for its proximity to Jakarta Old Town, we appreciate your honest feedback on this aspect. Lastly, we regret the issues with water pressure and water temperature in your room. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering team for immediate inspection and corrective action. 体验十分一般： 1.没有主动提供牙刷和毛巾 2.spa环境和手法都很一般，还索要小费 3.房间未及时打扫，下午三点打电话给前台让打扫房间，催了两次，直至五点都没人来打扫，后面还是我直接在走廊找保洁过来打扫的 4.周边配套不行，便利店和餐厅都离得比较远 5.房间水压不够，而且水不够热

就在Batavia老城区，是唯一以Batavia命名的酒店，1901年修建的酒店，住的是历史。附近的建筑都有两三百年历史，最少的一百多年。沉浸在历史氛围中，历史与现代，魔幻与现实对比很大的一个老城，Kota Tua的Mercure Hotel Batavia值得你拥有。

離機場約半小時車程，門前就是運河，老城區景點步行10分鐘以內很方便，餐廳的味道不錯，服務人員親切有禮，內裝有點年代感吧，但維持的不錯。
