I truly appreciate the warm welcome and attention to detail that made my experience memorable. Your efforts to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay were greatly appreciated. I look forward to returning in the future. Sspecially thank you for calling the room and asking how my stay was. And when I returned to the room after my dinner I was given a surprise with a warm complimentary. Thank you again!

Overall an enjoyable experience. Had my room upgraded by the very helpful front desk staff (i believe they were overbooked). Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. breakfast was also a good experience as there were variety every day and very pleasant and helpful restaurant crew. will definitely stay there again.

Family Staycation. Room simple, cool and elegance. Very nice view city and ocean View. Celebrate my Daughter birthday, they wrote Mirror art and towel art, so cute. Thank you GRO team Tifani,Cecil,Nuril,Cecilia,ashiva,Samuel,Axel, Devira l,Annisa,Marcella, Mr. Fadhil at reception was very nice, Concierge very helpful and attentive. Bfast amazing, many choices and very nice Restaurant design, Aurera, Tia and lidya very kind. Thank you Swissotel for your hospitality

Kalau stay di sini jangan melewatkan Dai Pai Dong dinner di The Chinese National. All the dishes were great, dari olahan beef, seafood, chicken, veggies, semua enak. Thank you Mbak Lisa dan Pak Doni for the excellent service. Surely will come back here soon

Room is spacious and very clean, with comfortable bed. Conveniently located and 9 mins to the airport. Was celebrating mom's birthday and the hotel welcome us with a real birthday cake (chocolate flavour) and a birthday cake made of towel. The room service was v prompt when we requested for additional water. The location is strategic and is just next to a shopping mall.
