I loved this place. On arrival, Wuian was super and she upgrade us from king room to a suit! The suit is so comfortable and the view is amazing as well. All staff were helpful and their in dining dinner is so delicious and in good price. I would love to visit this place again.

My experience at Pullman Jakarta Central Park was nothing but great! Every interaction was just flawless. Staring with the Check-in, Endang help me upon arrival and she was fantastic, she detailed the room layout, inclusions and benefits for being an All Accor Gold Plus member and set the tone for a wonderful stay. I visit the Executive lounge and was greeted by Rezza & Audrey who were genuine kind and helpful. I was given the Informative letter for the Club inclusions and enjoyed the afternoon tea. Everything was just great, the only thing I would wish was better was the size of the lounge that felt on the smaller side but besides that it was just great! The Hotel has a Spa and a gym that features a Sauna and it was really nice to relax there after a workout. Gareth the Gyn attendant was great checking that I had everything I needed during my workout. The main restaurant “Collage” was just superb, incredible selection of food for breakfast, attentive service and quick response from all the staff. Overall, I had an amazing time at Pullman Jakarta Central Park, honestly one of the best Pullman’s I’ve visited in South East Asia. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your hard work reflects in high guest satisfaction. Will definitely come back when in Jakarta.

Best hotel in jakarta. Amazing people, service and rooms. One of the best hotels I stayed. I would recommend all to stay in this amazing place. I am really satisfied with the service of this hotel. The room is spacious and the scenery from my room is astoning Special thanks to Mr Saffo who really friendly , helpful and always offer his service while having breakfast and dinner at the executive lounge. He even remebers my husband's name. I really want to say thank you for Miss Anggi who accomodate my needs in the restaurant for my kids. The breakfast is superb. A lot of variety from Asia, Western to local food. To my surprise it also provides healthy food and detox juices. Not only variety, the breakfast offer unique food as you can eat the veggie right away from the pot!!. The croissant is really good as you can taste and smell the butter. All staff is really ready to serve. I definately will recommend ny friend to stay here and wait for me. I'll be back!!
