5성급 호텔이라기에는 너무 부족한 느낌을 받음. 드라이기 상태가 엉망임. 화장실에서 거울을 보며 드라이기할 길이도 안되고 길게 늘어뜨릴려면 뽑힘

We are truly sorry to learn about the disturbances you experienced during your stay, particularly being affected by noise from the room above in the morning. We also regret that the condition and usability of the hairdryer did not meet your expectations, and we understand how these issues impacted your overall comfort.
