Good stay good room good service. Central location close to a lot of restaurants amd bars. Will recommend 100%. Security Alfarizi good person as well. All the best for this hotel and come here if you want the best experience of your life. Nowhere else to go because this is definitely the only place to be.

Hotel is nice, aircon room so cool and all my guests feel same. good location , many restaurant, easy connect to shopping mall, and this hotel have corporate with my company and Lobby security very helpful n friendly, His name Hendi. Great hotel and definetly to come again.

It was an unforgetable stay at Mercure Pantai Indah Kapuk. The room was cozy and very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But what really made my stay special was the wonderful service from the staff. Riyanti was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I really appreciated her help I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Pantai Indah Kapuk The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Special thanks to Riyanti for being so helpful and offering great recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also perfect – close to PIK Avenue Mall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
