Nice hotel and great staff. Well located. Breakfast though needs a lift and improvement. All the more reason for me to write the very courteous service of Ghina and Azhar at the reception. Thank you both, one at the time of check in and the other at departure.

세탁물이 평소 도착시간에 오지않아 리셉션에 30분간격으로 세번이나 전화후 두시간 가까이 지나도록 받지못했고 리셉션에서는 하우스키핑팀에 전화했다는 형식적인 답변으로만 응대함 사소한 고객의 요청도 제대로 처리하지 못하는 직원들 교육이 다소 문제가 있어보임

We are particularly sorry that on this occasion, our service fell short of the standards you rightfully expect and that we aim to consistently provide. The delay in delivering your laundry, combined with the lack of timely updates and attentive communication, is certainly not reflective of our commitment to professional and thoughtful hospitality. We are also concerned to learn that our response gave the impression of insufficient training or lack of ownership. Your comments have been taken very seriously and have been shared with our management team, as well as the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. We are currently reviewing our service coordination processes and reinforcing staff training to ensure clearer communication, faster follow-up, and more proactive service recovery in similar situations.
