“Had a great stay at Mercure Bedford Hotel. The staff were warm, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. I also attended a party here last week, and it honestly exceeded expectations — the setup was beautiful, the music and atmosphere were perfect, and the team handled everything so smoothly. It was one of those nights you genuinely enjoy from start to finish. Really impressed with both the hotel and their event hosting.”

On Arrival: i met at reception by remalia. she was helpful and understanding of my long journey to get there. remalia very kindly got me check-in. she directed me to the car park which is nearby. The Room; very clean, and the wide window over looked the river. lovely view. The Menu: me and my colleagues ate there on our arrival night, we agreed the choices were limited and the option we chose amongst us was good. The service: i enjoyed my stay.;room was tidied up daily, tea, coffee and milk were replenished. The local area: there is a lot to see, and explore. Thank you very much.
