Room very comfortable with great amenities and food in the restaurant was very nice and staff Nichita, Kamal and Saidur were very attentive and provided great service. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in, free parking for guests and gym.

Stayed here for 2 nights as it was closed enough to my mate wedding venue. Room was spotless and housekeeping lady that cleaned my room was very polite and friendly shame I can’t say the same about some of reception team (not all as Vaz was great) breakfast was good but took ages to be replenish and coffee station was disappointing.

Can’t recommend Moses and Sanjay enough…nothing was too much trouble. Thank you! Bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. There was no soap in the soap dispensers, but that’s a small thing compared to the service I received. Would recommend

Great stay, but customer service need to improve

Great place however the reception team was rude. We have arrived early and asked if we could check-in early but there was nobody at the desk we waited few minutes and a young lady has appeared from the room opposite. There was no hello just cold "are you checking in "We were staying at the back of 1st floor. The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. the bathroom was big with walk in shower. The hall way were a bit confusing. On checking out day we met same receptionist moaning about her being bored to another colleague. In general our stay was comftable minus the reception staff

Durchwachsener Empfang im Zimmer. Klimaanlage auf 18 Grad, Zimmer gefühlt noch kälter. Konnte man nur ausmachen, sonst keine Chance die Klimaanlage vernünftig zu nutzen. Warum braucht man bei 20 Grad Aussentemp. eine Klimaanlage ??? Unser Zimmer nennt sich "priviliged". Allerdings weiss ich nicht was hier priviligiert sein soll. Ein großes Bett. Ein kleines Brett als eine Art Schreibtisch und keine Ablagen und auch kein Schrank um die Sachen zu verstauen. Was ist daran priviligiert ??? Es gibt aber einen kleinen Kühlschrank und das Bad ist auch sehr gut. Aber priviligiert sind wohl nur jene, die einen Schrank oder andere Ablagen in ihrem Zimmer haben. Komisches Zimmer.
