Where do I start …. Basic as they go. Breakfast is similar to a HMO, at least the showers are hot. Chap on the bar is basically useless, had to get his feet out to count past 10. Ridiculous… wouldn’t return if it was free. Rooms are clean (ish) but that’s as fare as I’d go.

Great Team in Hotel, Maciej from reception and Evisa from restaurant are top of the top. Hotel was clean, food tasty and beer cold. Thats all what u need on business trip. Not the best phone coverage but this is not hotel fault. Thank you with all my Team

I was welcomed openly by the friendly receptionist Marita who assigned me in putting my Car registration in and supporting me with my visit to see Anita who gave me an amazing, pregnancy massage. I am over 5 months pregnant and was very nervous but Anita put me at ease and made me feel very calm. The rooms were very clean and inviting. I then relaxed after by having a hot drink which was lovely. I shall be visiting Anita again and looking forward to using the hotel again and facilities again.

Enjoyable stay . We were staying for a few days to attend Crufts, with our 2 little dogs . The room was nice and clean , everything you needed. The breakfast buffet style was lovely and set us up for the day , with a large variety of hot,cooked breakfast ,fruit, cheeses ,toast drinks etc The staff were kind and helpful. We went for a swim in the evening, lovely, they provided towels! , there is a sauna ,steam room and gym all included, perfect 👌. There is a Tesco 5 minutes drive away and 5 minutes to a large country park ,well worthvisiting, all in all perfect. Will be back for sure ,for a longer stay .

I arrived late on Tuesday around 10 pm. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but the staff suggested waiting for the night staff who could arrange pizza after 1030. I decided to order food via uber eats. Whilst waiting for the food in my room I discovered that I was in an adjoining room to a guy with a horrendous cough. Knowing that I would struggle to sleep as the cough was constant I made my way back to the desk. Gerry was on duty and she sorted out a smaller room for me in a different floor that did not have an adjoining door. I slept so well with nothing to disturb me. Well done to the staff at this hotel they are amazing
