My partner and I visited at Thanksgiving. The hotel was well located to several bus lines including the TANK that goes to and from CVG airport. Check in was a breeze. We had the same person for check in and check out. He was friendly and thorough. He took time to explain what the hotel had to offer, and interactions weren’t rushed or impersonal. I loved that the hotel also had art. It was fun to check out the different pieces they had on display. We ate at the Metropole for thanksgiving dinner and then again for all of our breakfasts. The staff in the restaurant was pleasant, and food was delicious and plentiful! Our room was comfortable. The hotel was generally quiet on the floors so we felt we had good rest and sleep when we were on site. There was so much to check out and explore in Cincinnati that we took advantage of the location to check out cool things within walking distance and on the bus line. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cincinnati!

Great valet attendants and front desk staff. Room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and quiet. Not as keen about the Metropole restaurant as we are about Proof on Main in Louisville. Service in the restaurant was hit-or-miss the 3 days we were there, including for Thanksgiving dinner.

Checking was friendly and they went over Hotel Collection benefits, however, I’m not sure they were completely competent on them. We were advised we’d been upgraded to a room as part of our benefits and they als informed us we could use the hotel collection credit on in-room dining. Having pre paid a for the reservation, I was still charged over 400 on leaving. Next time…just stay at a Marriott and don’t fuss with this hotel or the hotel collection via Amex.
