From start to finish, excellent service, luxury facilities and the combination of art and very cozy spaces, definitely being there is a great experience as if you were at home. The food was very delicious from breakfast to lunch and desserts.

Really good service and location. The service was amazing and everything was spotless. They were very kind to attend your needs and very proactive. It will be a 5 as soon as the kitchen improve some of the dishes like the ceviche that was a bit salty.

Excellent . Convenitly situated. Kind personnel and good food in restaurant. Close to the congress so could walk. Excellent help and support from Xiomara. It was my birthday and I had chocolates and a lovely message waiting for me when I got back to my room!

Great luxury place to stay in Lima

Great comfortable rooms, spacious, had a minor hiccup with getting Netflix to work on TV but they called a technician on staff who came quickly and was very friendly. I stayed in the deluxe room, very nice sink and bathroom but the Toilet was a bit small.

I’m leaving only 1 star review because of the shady hotel practices. If you want to charge additional 10% for the service charge, you should include it in the price to begin with. This amount is set and I really do not see any reason why I have to find out about it when I check out. I still do not know the nature of the charge as I’m already paying for the service when I’m paying for the hotel room. Obviously, this is the last time when I stayed in so called 5 star hotel.
