Well located hotel in the heart of Lima.

The hotel was walking distance to most places. Roads were clean and safe (even at night). There was a variety of F&B options near the hotel. Within the hotel, there is an indoor pool, well equipped gym, and spa. Facilities were well maintained and room was very comfortable and spacious.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Hotel, and I can affirm that its service is, without a doubt, an example of excellence. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my stay. Impeccable reception: Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with a genuine smile and a welcome drink. Check-in was quick, efficient and personalized. I was surprised that they already knew my preferences, thanks to a short questionnaire I filled out when making my reservation.The service is excellent at its best. The quality and service are pleasant, therefore I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the hotel and my room was so clean and comfy. Im going to stay again with my family for our summer vacation in Lima. Thank you so much Novotel for everything and thanks to the nice workers that help me every day when i was in the hotel. Greetings !

comfortable night and friendly staff

Was given a free upgrade to the room which was a great start. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, giving a good night's sleep. Toilet was separate from bathroom which was a good addition. My only pet peeve was that only one side of the bed had power outlets, but this did not warrant reducing the rating.

Awful experience- ruined our holiday.

Absolutely awful experience. Egg shells in the scrambled egg, stale bread, internet down and poor customer service from reception who are incompetent and blame management who aren’t available to deal with any complaints. What a shambles!
