The Ibis Lima Larco Miraflores is not a “5 star” hotel, but it “punches” way above its class. It offers a great location and great value for anyone visiting Lima Miraflores. I lost something during my stay outside of the hotel which was replaced and delivered to the hotel. The hotel staff, in particular Manager Trainee, Matthew Hernani, and his colleague Reservations Associate, Gabriela Moreno Cano, went out of their way to assist me in getting the item shipped to me. Overall, I found the rooms modern and comfortable, clean and the hotel was efficiently run.

Good location within Miraflores

The hotel is centrally located within Miraflores. It is within a quiet location with easy access to the Miraflores beaches ,the Wong mall Larcomar,and a walking distance to the Kennedy Cat park and the famous Inka Market.Good for solo, or business travellers. The customer service was excellent and staff were prompt in responding to the needs. We were a group and except for day one check- in where it was a bit slow, guess it's because of the big group arriving almost together,other days the services were seamless. The hotel has speedy WiFi and an Ironing room on 6th floor which we utilized freely. Their rooms were quite clean and standard. What I didn't like is the fact that the hotel doed not provide drinking water in the rooms.Their breakfast too was the same all throughout. Lastly, I forgot to mention the hotel has taxis,but you can also use other local taxis like Yango or Uber

Not the best stay during our vacation

What to expect fron an Ibis Hotel. No more. Very expensive restaurant with food that not corresponedent with the prices. The staff are not so service minded for the requests we had. Good for one night but not more. In the main street of Miraflores.

Comfy beds…Good hotel in great area

It’s not a 5 star hotel but we had an excellent experience.The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in since landing in Peru. We judge hotels by the comfort of the beds, quietness of the room at night and the shower facilities (ie water pressure and enough hot water) and they excelled in those 3 areas. They could add hand towels to the bathroom. The option to do a late check out at 2 pm without charge was really a nice feature as our pickup time wasn’t until 7 pm. Great location within walking distance of the Larcomar Mall and Malecón. The rooms are small (about the size of an inside stateroom on a cruise ship) but they are clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Victor was amazing!!!

A Standard Stay

This hotel was standard in every way. Room was hotel standard, staff standard and location standard. I didn't have a bad stay, it just felt sterile/clinical. I tried the restaurant for dinner and breakfast once and the value and quality was not great and I recommend eating somewhere else. My room had a massive bed but no where to lay my suitcase. The taxi/drivers service were exceptional and personable and helpful.
