Hi it’s me Mubashir from Pakistan city Sialkot very excited to hear about Movenpick in Pakistan and especially in our capital city Islamabad and I booked for two nights executive rooms for me and my family we r regular staying in Serena hotel in Islamabad but this time i prefer to stay at Movenpick property even my family not interested but i insist any way when we reached at property the ambiance is very impressive and beautiful and front deck staff is very friendly and cooperative but room size and rest area is not so good Especially lift area is too much busy not for hotel staying guests also outside guest use very much that’s why hotel staying guests are very disturbing either your restaurant in 21th floor and 24 th floor is very busy for outdoor guests and staff behaviour in 24th floor is not so comfortable for us and hotel guests also I think ur staff should prefer hotel guests initially and after that outdoor guests My family was very dissatisfying for first night and they decided at night that we would not stay more at this property and we decided to cancel for next night and booked at sareena hotel At check out time i also astonishing when I ask my payment refund for night which I ll not staying but they said me they transferred into my bank in next 14 days that was also very shocked for me cuz at Serena many times we cancelled and they transferred same time or maximum with in 2 or 3 hours Hope you can understand and check these things Waiting for your reply and prompt response Kind regards Mubashir R.
