the deluxe room design is completely congested, long in dimensions and the placement of LED is inappropriate and we cant watch the TV comfortably, I requested the staff to change or upgrade room against my available Accor points, they agreed and committed to upgrade but despite of multiple calls at reception nobody shown up . On my breakfast I asked for "fresh paratha" multiple times but nobody served this. there is lack of professionalism and hospitality in the hotel staff . Even they asked me to change my seats while I was having breakfast

I left my drink at the hotel and contacted the staff to ask them to hold it for me because I already had another reservation for the following week and planned to collect it when I returned. I was told about the situation, but when I came back, my request had not been handled properly. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, the staff member kept making excuses. This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially since I had contacted the hotel in advance. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me dissatisfied with how the hotel handled a simple request.

1. check in process was a little lengthy. It needs to be made more swift.
2. But my main inconvenience is that i still have not received the invoice for my stay at the hotel. While the payment was collected in advance, the front desk staff told me at the time of check out that the invoice would be emailed to me later on for which i have been following up constantly. While i am receiving all other emails from the hotel i fail to understand why i cannot receive the invoice. To avoid such inconveniences to customers, you should hand over hardcopy of the invoice at the time of checkout

Inconvenience for business traveler, who makes the payment upfront at the time of check-in but does not get the invoice/bill at the same time nor at the time of check-out. despite follow emails and phone calls bill/invoice still not received on email.
At the time of the check-out the concerned staff told me that printout of the bill/invoice is not available . so he asked me for my email address. i told him that i shared it at the time of check-in. anyways i re-entered the same email address on the tablet.
The concerned officer said I will receive the email in a few minutes. but I did not . As I travelled with my office colleagues who stayed in a different room. He sent reminder email on the same email address from which we recevied the room booking confirmation but there is still no response.
Secondly I called your office yesterday and talked to Mr. Tufail at the front office. who again took my email address. but I still have not received the bill/invoice on my email address.
Please sort our this issue, as soon as possible. As i have to claim this payment from my office.
I don't have time to follow-up and write these long emails on the issue.

I spent 4 nights at the hotel and found the location is relatively convenient with direct access to Centaurus Mall. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Food was relatively good. Staff was generally supportive, but it depends person to person.
The rooftop bar was a great experience. The gym was exceptional - their machines were quite new and comprehensive. The shower room was not that good though. Very basic.
I would like to mention Tufail at reception who helped me tremendously with my booking. Somehow my name was removed from the system and only my partner's name was in record - this posed some issues when I wanted to access gym, executive lounge, etc. The booking was also not showing on my Accor ALL App and Tufail went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Big thanks for his support!
