Great experience from start to finish. The hotel provided courtesy pick up from the airport. They provided 2 vehicles to ensure that all our luggage fitted. Our request for adjacent rooms was accommodated. The hotel is very clean and with a modern decor. It has great facilities and is co-located with Centaurus Mall with lots of shopping and dining options, The buffet breakfast options were good and room service is also of good standard. Hotel staff provided great service in all areas. We will definitely stay there again.

The room and hotel services were great, however the customer service lacked the standard expected of hotel this caliber. 1. Despite calling and requesting room to be made by a certain time - it was not done 2. every time we would ask the concierge to have our car called in, they would fail to do so 3. The room keys would constantly stop working partially - they would work on the elevator but not in the room ( had to constantly go down from the 10th floor to get them reset)

great room, great staff and amenities. the spa, the gym were brilliant. the biggest issue was the sound proofing of the room, the connecting door was leading to a lot of noise coming in

We went for amenities and suana and steam room was not working at night and in the day also
