The drainage system in shower cabin wasn't working well and men's steam room was not working. Sauna was very small.

Room service was poor. Ordered hot coffee but its quality was poor, was not proper hot. Asked the room service to serve again but again it was of poor quality and was cold. On inquiring he said during travelling from kitchen to room it get cold. A very unprofessional responce
