The stay was great but was way to busy. Events in the hotel make it crowded also no smoking rooms is also an issue.

It was a good experience in terms of rooms and food, but I lost my reading glasses in Movenpick front lobby, but it was not found by the hotel team. It was just a matter of an hour and never got my glasses. Inspite of informing front desk, I haven't got my glasses.

Overall experience was wonderful. Though there are few things which could be improved: 1. Lotion was not filled 2. On the 2nd day on my stay, I had to ask for basic amenities like tea bags as they were not re filled. 3. You ask for room service charges to be paid right away; you could give the option to the guest if she/he wants to pay while checking out.

Great location but rooms are too noisy! Most of the rooms are adjoining and the doors are not soundproof. The elevators are extremely busy and slow. Not recommended for business stay.
