I hope you doing well. I work for a consulting form. I would like to give you a few ideas. Overall hotel is clean.staffs are very friendly. you need to work on room service. I have a business suite and I’m not happy with the service after all you pay so much money one day service took one hour and 30 minutes to get the food room service manager need to work with the staff. Give them a good map how to manage the rooms. I have a better idea ideas if you need it.

My overall stay at Mövenpick Hotel Centaurus Islamabad has been wonderful. The ambiance, hospitality, and services exceeded my expectations. However, I feel compelled to mention a particular incident that left me slightly disappointed. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was the opportunity to experience and capture the breathtaking views from the rooftop, which are often showcased by influencers on social media and promoted by the hotel's official Instagram handle. Unfortunately, as a guest, I was denied access to the rooftop, which meant I couldn’t take the photographs I had been eagerly looking forward to. I believe hotel guests should be granted such access, especially when the hotel actively invites and accommodates influencers to feature the same experience. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this particular incident was not reflective of the welcoming atmosphere I had hoped for.
