I called for laundry service in the room and the guy came after 1 hour and when i asked him what was the delay he said i was told now. Similarly i was having issues with the steam iron in the room for which i called the guy and he came after 45 minutes. Due to this i did not give my clothes for press and did it myself in the room.,

These elements contributed to making the event feel engaging and worthwhile, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail that went into creating such an environment. One of the highlights was the way the event was organized. The schedule was clear, the sessions were easy to follow, and the staff present were courteous and professional. The welcoming atmosphere made it easy to network and connect with other attendees, which is always a valuable aspect of corporate gatherings. It was evident that the team behind the event worked hard to deliver a memorable experience, and their dedication deserves recognition. That said, there was one area where improvement would make a significant difference: the speed of service. During peak times, especially when many attendees were gathered in one place, the services provided were noticeably slower than expected. This seemed to be due to the large number of customers present, which understandably put pressure on the staff. While the staff themselves were polite and tried their best, the delays did affect the overall flow of the event. Waiting longer than usual for services created small inconveniences that could have been avoided with better resource planning. To enhance the experience for future events, I would recommend hiring additional staff to manage busy periods more effectively. Having more personnel available would ensure that attendees are served promptly, even when the crowd is large. This adjustment would not only improve efficiency but also help maintain the positive energy and smooth flow of the event. Guests would feel more valued when their needs are met quickly, and the overall impression of the event would be elevated. Despite this challenge, I want to emphasize that the event was still a success. The organization, atmosphere, and professionalism of the team made it enjoyable, and the slower service did not overshadow the many positives. Constructive feedback is meant to highlight opportunities for growth, and I believe that with a few adjustments, future events can be even more impressive. In conclusion, I am grateful for the effort that went into hosting this corporate event. It was well‑organized, enjoyable, and provided a welcoming environment for all attendees. My suggestion to hire more staff during peak times is intended to support the organizers in delivering an even smoother experience in the future.
