Я часто путешествую по миру и оставался в разных отелях , но в сети Novotel в первые . Могу сказать это лучший отель в моих путешествиях в со отношении цена качество , понравилось абсолютно все , теперь я знаю где мне остаться в Бангкоке когда вернусь вновь в этот город

Плюсы: Чистый отель, номер. Завтраки отлично, много фруктов. Заселили раньше положенного. Из минусов: Нет тапочек в номере. Расположение хорошее, но улица с. барами, марихуанной не понравилась.

We had prepared a birthday arrangement and cake for you, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you through phone or in person due to the " do not disturb" sign on your room door. We will make sure to improve our communication methods in the future to avoid any recurrence and we hope to have another chance to make it up to you in the future. We do apologize once again for this unfortunate issue happened. At Novotel, every guest comment is crucial for our implementation. Отель отмечен на картах как семейный, но находится на улице С. проституцией, так же проститутки были в отеле С. гостями, это отвратительно.
