Great location, worn out rooms and facilities. Not much love in this hotel despite a price of a 4 star hotel. If you look just for a room, and you are lucky to get a good rate this hotel is great. Otherwise do not expect much more. The location is obviously the best of it. Easy to get to BTS and close to everything.

I Was very happy to be in novotel in Bangkok. My luggage were missing at the airport. Everybody Was kind with me, calling many Times the company and the airport. Novotel is a very confortable hôtel. Breakfast is good. For discovering Bangkok it’s a very good choice, with subway and BTS very close. Spécial Thanks to Mindy at the desk and to Ekk at the conciergerie.

The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and great view of the city. I especially enjoyed the roof top lounge on several occasions sipping a cocktail or enjoying champagne. Everything was right at my finger tips because the hotel is a great location. I especially enjoyed strolled down the street to Benjakitti Eco park at the opposite end of Sukhumvit road where you can enjoy nature in the middle of the city or exercise in the open air. There were lots of locals there enjoying the roofed facilities for basketball and other sports. But most of all it is a Mangrove in the middle of the city. In the opposite direction was the BTS train and easy access to city highlights
