They have the best location in the middle of BANGKOK. very clean rooms complete with toiletries and spacious rooms. The Lounge Acess is optional with friendly staff, Best and Ice are very polite and friendly. The SPA is located at 9th floor and is available to guests. Lobby is at 6th floor , the breakfast is something to look for everyday of your stay. Wide selection of food.

Convenient hotel with everything under 1 roof. Always my choice of hotel with so many shops, shopping mall and food around the hotel area plus the super good breakfast selection, hi tea and canapés and drinks. I literally can have all my 3 meals inside the hotel 🤭 Best is very attentive and always ensure there’s drink on the table for me. Can see that the hotel is constantly upgrading to keep up with the time. This time back I can see more renovated area at the front area.

It was my first solo travel when I booked in this hotel, and I must say, i never felt alone during my trip. They’ve been checking on me how I was going and if I need anything from time to time. I felt the care and consideration. The whole team is great! 👌🏻 The location is perfect! Accessible to the Platinum Mall and Pratunam Night Market, there is a direct access to both. Also a covered bridge walk to Centralworld and BIG C, a 5-minute walk, so convenient. There are also food stalls around platinum mall if you want to try local foods. The food choices in the breakfast buffet were superb as well. I will definitely booked in this hotel on my next visit to BKK.

Location is excellent---adjacent to Platinum mall and connects to the Skybridge making several malls easily accessible. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was top-notch. Most of the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time at the Novotel Bangkok (Platinum Pratunam) over the three nights in question. Incidentally, I booked a lovely apartment with an en-suite bathroom and two toilets, and a lovely lounge (plus garden view) - not cheap, but definitely worth the money. The favourite aspect of my stay? 🤔 The Executive Lounge room benefit for my apartment! 😉 I loved attending afternoon tea and canapes. For one thing, the food was always delicious and always more than adequate (even though not served in big portions). 😋 For another thing, I loved the customer service. Best (you really impressed me with your professionalism and exceptional levels of customer service. 😊 Boss Ice, I love the way you run the Executive Lounge. Your hard work and perfectionism are obvious from the consistently excellent attention to detail and the happy yet focused vibe of the place. 😁 Shine on always, both of you.
