The perfect honey moon Espaço sem igual, estadia sensacional, com tamanha delicadeza de detalhes por parte da equipe do hotel. Sem dúvidas, Time é um excelente funcionário, nos atendeu super bem sempre. O melhor café da manhã de todos, com 8 ilhas de comida.

Das Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort war für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Bangkok die ideale Unterkunft. Prinzipiell zentral gelegen, aber zum Glück etwas weg von den lauten Touristen- und Vergnügungsmeilen. Die Skytrain sind Station ist zwar fußläufig gelegen, aber der Shuttelservice gerade tagsüber wenn es heiß ist, willkommen. Hier noch ein Tipp: 50m nördlich ist eine Anlegestelle an einem Kanal (Kloong), nach drei Stationen mit dem Boot ist man an der MRT Petchaburi. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und sorgt für eine fast familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück und das Dinner im Restaurant waren hervorragend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat wohl eine Konferenz im Hotel stattgefundenen, was uns aber gar nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Die Wellnesseinrichten haben wir nicht genutzt, machten aber einen sehr guten Eindruck (unser Flug erreichte Bangkok am frühen Morgen, uns wurde angeboten, im Fitnessbereich zu duschen, da morgen um 8 das Zimmer noch nicht frei war). Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt, alle tiptop. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass der Mitgliederstatus der Hotelkette sehr großzügig beachtet wird.

Belle hôtel de 5 etages entouré d'un très beau jardin verdoyant avec de très belles plantations. Grande piscine. Le service restauration du petit déjeuner est très convivial et professionnel, grand choix de plats assez variés. Un grand merci particulièrement pour Mme Jadh très souriante et toujours dans la bonne humeur. Les chambres très spacieuses et très propre. Cet hôtel est en retrait de la circulation et du bruit , à 10 mn à pieds du BTS .

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I noticed from your comment that you have found 2 hairs in the bathroom, I sincerely empathize with your feeling and humbly apologize for the negative impression created on this occasion. This is certainly not acceptable and in stark contrast with the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel. While I honestly do not have any excuse for any disappointment caused, rest assured that I have reviewed this matter with our Executive Housekeeper to provide further training and coaching to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room to avoid such reoccurrence in the future.
