Espectacular acogida y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los concierges del hotel están siempre a disposición muy amables y educados, siempre me han ayudado con cualquier problema! Lugar muy limpio, desayuno impresionante, y no nos olvidemos de la piscina que es una maravilla!! Desde luego un hotel al que no faltar y al que volveré!

我有机会入住这里，酒店里面的气氛非常好。和其他员工服務非常好。每个人都面带微笑，热情好客。酒店看起来豪华而美丽。有很多拍照点。酒店内的各个区域也非常干净。对前台服务员林芳的服务印象非常深刻。它可以说英语和中文刚一进门时，她就显得特别可爱且非常亲切。她不仅非常友好，还非常注重细节，服务技能也十分出色。在我办理退房手续时，她甚至送给我一盒巧克力，可以在机场享用。此次入住体验让我对这家酒店充满信任，也迫不及待地想与家人朋友分享这段美好经历。非常感谢林芳的贴心服务，期待下一次的光临！
