While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I noticed from your comment that you have found 2 hairs in the bathroom, I sincerely empathize with your feeling and humbly apologize for the negative impression created on this occasion. This is certainly not acceptable and in stark contrast with the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel. While I honestly do not have any excuse for any disappointment caused, rest assured that I have reviewed this matter with our Executive Housekeeper to provide further training and coaching to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room to avoid such reoccurrence in the future.
