We are pleased to know that you found your room neat, clean, and comfortable, and that the issue with the shower was resolved promptly by our team. It is also encouraging to hear that, overall, you found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the high occupancy during your visit affected your experience. We regret that the breakfast restaurant was so busy that you chose to skip breakfast on two occasions and experienced difficulty finding a table. We also understand your frustration with the waiting times for the elevators during peak hours.
