A truly beautiful hotel situated a brisk 10 minute walk from the old town. Competent and helpful staff who always greeted you with a welcome and a smile. The interior is plush with top of the range carpets, mirrors and fixtures and fittings. The bed was large and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel which is well worth its 5 star rating.

Beautiful hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main square so the location is ideal. Inside and outside the building is presented to an immaculate standard. The style, I believe, is sort of Renaissance/Baroque (I'm no expert). The type of décor is pretty apparent from the photos so if you're not into that sort of thing, then choose another hotel! All I can say is, everything is done beautifully and fitted out to an extremely high standard. The staff are very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Daria was a little gem. All the staff I interacted with had a good command of English (Infinitely better than my command of Polish). I mustn't forget the spa of course, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and lavishly decorated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Chose this hotel because it seemed to have loads of individuality. Weren't disappointed! Housed in an older style building and they have achieved a really excellent standard of finish. Lots of black marble, gold and velvet, which might seem a bit too much, but the overall result is sumptuous. The bedrooms are lovely and the spa area is again full of gold and marble but superb! The staff were extremely professional but friendly. Also the Gavi restaurant has some of the best food that we've tasted (seperate review being done). Excellent value for money and thoroughly recommended

Quite simply stunning hotel. Beautiful interior, large decorative rooms with luxurious fittings, carpet and an exceptional bathroom. Hotel reminds me of the Negresco in Nice only less loud and more modest. The basement cocktail bar is excellent with really good staff and cocktails. Ate in the bar with food served from main restaurant kitchen. Excellent food. We got a really good deal on accommodation and this hotel was beyond expectations. The spa is excellent as well. It's sited 2 mins walk from the Vistula, 10 mins from the castle and 10 mins from main square. Would return in a heartbeat

What an absolute find - beautiful boutique hotel. Great location. Rooms are lovely - staff are attentive. Breakfast isn’t vast but will sustain you until lunch. Swimming pool is small but wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Krakow.
