Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed. Staff were lovely, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and the location is great right in the centre , minutes away from the train station. We went for breakfast once and was a bit disappointed as a lot of the food had been finished and wasn’t being filled up but apart from that it was a great stay.

Excellent location. Nice amenities. Good breakfast and bar on premises. Comfy beds. Plenty of storage. Spacious room. Easy waking distance to the main square. Big shopping mall with shops and ATMs directly across the street. We stayed two nights. Had absolutely no problems. Front desk staff was very helpful.

This is a great place to stay in Krakow, its opposite the train station and trains are every 30 mins to the airport. It’s very clean, rooms are spacious and very Christmasy. The staff are very friendly, helpful and all speak very good English, breakfast has a wide buffet choice, including omelettes and pancakes. The main square is only a 10-15 minute walk away and there is a large shopping centre opposite the hotel to spend your last day mooching while waiting for your flight. Thank you to the Mecure team.

Love the location and breakfast

Location is very convenient, close to Kraków Główny, the main train station. There's also a shopping centre above the station. The distance to the old town is within 10 minutes on foot. Check-in was quick and painless. At the same time of our stay, there was a large group of students from Japan staying at the same hotel, as well as some teachers attending a conference. Regardless, the hotel seemed to be able to handle the group well. Room was nicely equipped with basic necessities like 2 bottles of water and standard amenities. If there's something to criticise, it would be the design of the front and bathroom doors, it's best not to open both doors at the same time. This is, however, is a very minor complaint. The breakfast was also very good, with more than enough varieties of standard staples and local delicacies. The staff were very quick and efficient too. Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto deserves a 5 out of 5 rating.
