The hotel rooms are not comfortable for two people. We had a handicap room and the shower was in the tub area. The tub was so high it was hard to get in it. No place to put your suitcases. No hair conditioner in the bathroom. They are fairly clean and you could hear people in the other rooms if they are loud. The Ibis is probably good for a one night stay but it is a budget hotel.

Stayed 3 nights. Limited facilities but great value if you are out during day and evening. 5 minutes walk to station platforms and perfect for train to/from airport, salt mine and Auschwitz. It is a short 10 min walk to old town. I'd recommend this location over old town due to of getting to and from.

We recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Krakow, and while it’s a basic, no-frills option, it served its purpose well. The room was quite small, but it was clean and well-maintained, which is really what mattered to us. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to provide assistance with directions or local recommendations. The location is a bit outside the busy city center, but it’s only a short bus or tram ride away, so getting to the main attractions was easy and convenient. If you’re looking for a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle, this location works well. The breakfast offered was decent, with a good selection of typical morning fare. It wasn’t overly fancy, but it was enough to start the day on the right foot. If all you need is a clean, basic room at a reasonable price, this Ibis is a solid choice for a short stay in Krakow.

The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the main railway station. It is also very handy for the main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful both on reception and in the restaurant. We stayed two nights. The only disappointing moment was coming back late evening on the second night to find that housekeeping had not been. Overall the room we stayed in could do with a bit of work, the curtain had a few small holes and the flooring was worn. We would still return again if we return to Krakow and would also recommend it.

I always find the ibis hotel rooms are on the small size, this hotel was the same. The location was great, with large shopping centre across the road and within working distance to the old town. Breakfast was good We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend
