The most stunning hotel in Plovdiv

Stayed in Plovdiv September 6th for 3 nights . Our flight was diverted to Sofia en route so we were late arriving at the hotel. My partner was waiting for me in Plovdiv and was very kindly given access to my room on my behalf (I sent ahead my booking information and ID). Pamela was very courteous in sorting parking for my partners car and giving him a guided tour of the hotel and its facilities. Yani(Slav?) welcomed my colleagues and I and proceeded to check us in seamlessly with no issues - it was appreciated after a long day working. The room (221) was simply stunning , quiet , clean and really well appointed. The lighting was great and had all the amenities of a 5* hotel. Great products , nespresso machine , fridge , bottled water etc. My room during my stay was serviced daily and with such great care and attention. The lady housekeeper works extremely hard in her role - thank you 🙏🏼 Breakfast was a great experience, the gentlemen working in there are very well trained and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast has a small buffet but also an extensive a la carte menu too that you can order from. The coffee was wonderful as was the freshly squeezed orange juice 🍊 The bellman Bashir was very smiley and always on hand to help - I hope he reads this and knows that he works very hard. Last but not least is Dimitir on reception. He is extremely competent and excellent at his job. Everyday he greeted us with a smile that was effortless and went above and beyond to check we were enjoying our stay in Plovdiv. One evening we were struggling to get a taxi and he called numerous companies to no avail. Finally a car arrived and he came out to talk to the driver and give him instructions on where to go. Really great service. You can tell that he is proud of his work and it really shows . Please congratulate Dimitir on a job well done 👍🏼 This hotel is the best in the city by far - the service is great and the surroundings are beautiful . Cannot wait to return!

Excellent hôtel d’une grande originalité. Issu de la rénovation d’un bâtiment industriel. Le résultat est moderne, plein de charme et d’originalité. Tout a été pensé pour que cet hôtel ne ressemble à aucun autre avec le risque bien sûr que certains n’aiment pas. Mais moi j’ai adoré. Chambre pas immense mais très confortable, originale, et charmante. Certaines avec une atypique terrasse intérieure. Un hôtel qui vaut la visite.

The best Hotel we ever stay in Plovdiv. Large and very special clean rooms. Delicious food and very professional staff members. Amazing cocktails at the lobby bar and very tasty breakfast.Obviously with proper management! We will come back again soon!

Pobyt w tym hotelu zdecydowanie przewyższa oczekiwania. Plovdiv jest bogaty w atrakcje, które zaczynają się kilka minut pieszo od hotelu, a samo stare miasto jest max. 15 minut pieszo. Warto zatrzymać się w tym hotelu, ponieważ rzadko można doswiadczyc takiej dbałości o szczegóły. Śniadania są a la carte, ale bez limitu, więc na pewno nie wyjdziesz głodny. Pyszna kawa na śniadaniu, która jest rzadkością w hotelach. Warto także zjeść obiad lub kolację w hotelu, bo oprócz dobrego jedzenia jest duży wybór dobrych win bulgarskich. Jest to zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w mieście i warto zapłacić trochę więcej, aby doswiadczyc luksusu i wyjątkowości miejsca.
