호텔은 깔끔하고 고급스러우며 직원들은 친절합니다. 또한 테라스에서 바라보는 도시의 전경은 무척 인상적이었습니다. 침구류도 편안하고 화장실도 매우 깔끔했습니다. 도심에서 거리가 살짝 있다는 점과 마트가 부재한 점이 아쉽지만 그래도 5분정도 다리를 건너면 도심으로 들어갑니다. 그렇지만 가격이 아깝지 않은 경험이었흡니아.

인테리어 맘에 들었지만 특히 방의 조명이 맘에 들었습니다 간혹가다 방의 조명이 어두워 눈이 불편할때가 있는데 , 조명이 밝고 적절해서 좋았습니다

All.com 할인 프로모션을 통해 3개월 전 할인 받아 예약하고 숙박함. 시설이 최신식에 배정해준 객실의 전망은 최고였음. 미니바도 무료로 제공하고 매일 보충해주었음. 조식도 가격대비 훌륭함. 만일 다시 베른을 방문한다면 다시 숙박 하겠음. 단, 주차비를 별도로 내야함. 숙박하는데 왜 주차비를 추가로 내야 하는 지는 이해를 못하겠음.
