1. Front Office & Guest Services Check-in / Check-out: Very efficient not requiring deposits which is convenient. Staff was very professional & helpful. Concierge: Very helpful but I would like to suggest hiring a proper concierge instead of using the security guard as both concierge & security. Since the hotel is just at the roadside, the security is very important for parking management since there was not a lot of parking available. 2. Housekeeping & Rooms (The Room Experience) Cleanliness: Overall hygiene was satisfying, would recommend scrubbing the walls of the hotel otherwise no complain. Room Comfort & Amenities: Air cond was pre-set to 20 degree, during the daylight it was actually very hot considering the weather outside was very hot too. It's really annoying because you came to hotel for comfort but your comfort was disturbed by the air cond. Replenishment: Toileteries provided was sufficient but the tap water for drinking water has a steel taste to it probably due to no maintenance. 3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Didn't manage to try 4. Facilities & Amenities Leisure: Quality and maintenance of the swimming pool, gym, spa, or kids' play area are satisfactory. BUT the beach is very run down, there are no proper maintenance of the beach as there was many rubbish litters at the beach. Should put more seating area at the beach. There was also sticks and many leaves around it does not look exclusive, it looks very not maintained. Logistics: Parking was very troublesome as there was not many parking space availble. 6. Value for Money Pricing: I think the room rates are not reasonable for one night is close to 500 without breakfast. Considering this is old facility.
