يوجد حشرات داخل الغرف مما يسبب حكة

Dear Mansour Z., We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the presence of insects in the room, which caused discomfort, as well as the unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom drainage. This includes a thorough deep cleaning of the room, full pest control treatment, and a complete inspection and correction of the drainage system to prevent any recurrence. رنيت على الحجز وضيعتني بكلامها الحلو واخترت الموفينبيك لاجل الكلام لما وصلت لاقيت كل حاجة مختلفة يعني مثلا انا حجزت غرفة بريميوم بالديد سي لما وصلت بحكولي انه البريميوم مسكر تمام وما في عنا حجوزات وخيروني بين سويتين واخترت واحد لاني كنت محكوم بالوقت وعلى اساس نازل honey moon لما طلعت ع الغرفة كانوا واعديني ب setup لل هوني مونرز بس برضه ما كان موجود نزلت عندهم وحكيتلهم واستنيت باللوبي لحتى تمت امور الغرفة وانا اصلا واصل متاخر ف صراحة زعلت انه يلي برن بيحجز ع التلفون واللي بيجي بحجز وقتها نفس التعامل الهوني مونرز او غيره برضه نفس التعامل للاسف الشاشة مش سمارت انه اصلا الواحد يشبك عليها شي
