Your positive comments are truly appreciated! However, I’m very sorry to learn that your room experience did not meet your expectations. The broken sink plunger, the hair dryer malfunction, and the lack of towels are certainly not the standards we strive for, and I understand how frustrating this must have been during your stay. I’ve personally ensured that the necessary departments are informed so that these issues are addressed immediately.
