Highly recommended anyone want to have a traditional Morocco vibe hotel with clean and comfortable environments. The room is big and clean, every building has a pool and rooftop so can enjoy both room and outdoor with family or friends. Big breakfast and very tasty, a combination of western and Morocco style. Also tried dinner once here, good price with high quality love the daily soup. Hannah and Sokki were so nice and friendly, they tried to help whatever you need, and check in us when we needed. Definitely a great experience, 10 of 10 🫶🏻

Having visited last year and stayed in large hotel, we decided to return, this time to a Riad. We were not disappointed, words cannot describe or do justice to the beauty of the Riads in this collection. We stayed in Bab Firdaus for the week and were so looked after by all. Unfortunately I do not remember names, but wish to thank each and every member of staff for a wonderful experience, with the most comfy of beds after a long day walking the labyrinth of souks. Keep doing what you do and don't change. Many thanks

I stayed at the Riad Bab Firdaus and had a wonderful time. The spa, rooms and other facilities were excellent. My greatest compliment however is for the staff. In particular Mohammed (daytime) and Mohammed (nighttime), Abdul, Kamal and others. They were kind, courteous and genuinely warm people who are a real credit to the Angsana Heritage Collection. Daytime Mohammed and Abdul helped with our plans and schedules as well with other matters pertaining to our stay. Nighttime Mohammed was incredibly reliable and made us feel safe during our first visit to the city and Kamal was continually kind and helpful.

The Angsana Riads are a perfect reflection of Marrakech in every way. They are oozing with immaculate character, the architecture and design is beautifully picturesque and above all else, the jewel in their crown...their amazing staff who will make you feel right at home. If anything, the words here really don't do justice to how well this place is maintained, managed and run to perfection...every single day. We were here for our honeymoon, stayed in Riad La Blanc and then Riad Si Said. Si Said is the bigger Riad of the two, though both offered an equally pleasant experience. The Si Said Courtyard also acts as the main diner/restaurant, it looks beautiful, be it night or day. The breakfast was unimaginably good, every single day and they alter what they serve to keep things interesting. The Food Menu and Wine Collection was on point and while you will find it to be pricier than what's available around in the nearby vicinity and generally the medina area, you get what you pay for because this place knows what they are doing and they do it really really well. Can't say enough about how pleasant and genuinely service oriented the staff is in this place, they will go to lengths to make sure you are happy and are extremely swift and hands on in case you need help with anything. They really know what customer service is in this place. They even provide you with a local smart phone for you to use! So you can just tether using their phone while exploring Marrakech, no need to pay excessive data roaming charges to your telecoms provider! The Riads were located in the middle of the Medina, pretty much everything in the Medina was walking distance and the City was a very short cab ride away. We were here for our honeymoon, on the last day, they surprised us with a knock on the door in the evening and had a little meal and champagne setup to wish us all the best for the road ahead. BIG THANK YOU for making our stay in Marrakech EXTRA EXTRA SPECIAL! @ Team Angsana Riads. Special shout out to Hanna, Smail, Souki, Fatima, Salah...we crossed paths with you almost every day for more than a week and it was such a treat to speak with you all, you made us feel right at home and we really didn't want to leave! Last but not the least, their Spa, it is run just as well as the Riads, the treatments were excellent and the staff and personnel knew exactly what they were doing. If you are in Marrakech, there is really no better place to stay.

Unique hotel with spacious suites and an excellent location in the medina. Good restaurant too for dinner and a generous breakfast. Pool was convenient in the heat and major tourist attractions (Bahia Palace, Badi Palace, souks) are within walking distance.
