This hotel boasts a distinctive bold design with a long atrium spine punctuated with a series of glass framed lifts. We were upgraded to a quiet room on the 6th floor. A comfortable bed with excellent pillows, good AC although the room looks slightly dated. The bathroom is more than adequate and has a new free standing bath. The pool is fantastic with great landscaping and space to relax. The gym has insufficient equipment for a full workout, while the items it does have, are of good quality. The hotel falls down in a few areas . The atrium is full of plastic plants including the trees, not what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet staff are friendly but casual and not as proactive as you would expect. Compare this hotel to the Shangri La hotel, KL and you get a totally different experience.

A pleasant stay for transit The room is spacious and clean 5km from the airport and a regular shuttle van is provided, not only to the airport but to the shopping mall. My husband particularly like the separation of male& female gyms. The big masjid is very close by. I like the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The thick carpet corridor makes it difficult to drag our suitcases.

Comfortable and great staff

Aircon didn't work well in the first room, but the team quickly moved us to another room. Great location near airport and really comfortable beds. They even provided a free shuttle and there is a mart, gift shop and restaurant in building. Check in is easy and check out is even easier.

Hotel close to airport and close to shopping outlet mall. Though not easy to get too have to get taxi even though you can see shops you can’t walk there. Hotel is awful , dirty throughout. Communal areas bad design from a practicality. Dirty windows inside and out . Walk around building has rat boxes !!! Food on floors in Resturant areas, windows dirty, unfinished cement and dirty glass in lifts. All areas generally not clean. Soulless atmosphere. WiFi in bedroom poor connection. Staff friendly . Management team needs to open eyes and manage hotel. Appalling Pool area has mo atmosphere difficult to get in and out of pool. Tiles missing looks shabby. Not sure if food has a hygiene rating felt worried when eating . Wouldn’t stay again not even because it’s local to airport. Avoid if can !!
