Ive stayed at Shangrila, Solea, Dusit Thani, Plantation Bay, Maribago Blue waters, Chateau by the Sea, and other hotels, but MoveenPick has the BEST customer service. Place isnt so crowded, food is amazing, and they treat their guests like VIPs. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nice room, breakfast buffet and staff. However, I did not like that there was no bidet in the toilets. The Kids Club (Little Birds Club) needs an upgrade. My son was the only one playing during that time, there wasn't too much toys/facilities. Great service from Madelyn.
