I was honestly hesitant to choose Mövenpick for my birthday getaway with the family because of some mixed reviews I’d read—but I’m so glad I went with my gut! We ended up having the most incredible and memorable stay. The staff were all so accommodating, friendly, and courteous. The beach area was clean and incredibly relaxing. Special thanks to Sir Quimquim from Concierge for his thoughtfulness—our 2-year-old was so happy with his fish souvenir! We appreciate it. That meant so much to us. Mubalik jud mi dri puhon! The service provided by every single staff member at movenpick was outstanding.The staff there are so polite and friendly and cannot do enough for the guests. The breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel around the world, so fresh and plentiful. The location isn’t the greatest as it is quite far away from attractions and shopping. The lunch and dinner menu is very expensive so we did not eat there for those meals. I wished we were made aware on arrival that there were activities planned at the resort each day, we did not know until our last day (day 5) that there was pool comps table tennis comps etc we were downstairs and it was supposed to be karaoke on but it wasn’t ?? Credit to the staff they are top notch!!!
