I like that they care about sustainability. I also love their food and the breakfast choices. As someone who cannot tolerate MSG, I was relieved to find out they don't use it in their cooking. The staff also makes this place special. Service was always with a smile and they anticipate your needs before you ask. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Initially the hotel foyer was nice and looked lovely. We arrived and were given our keys. Upon entering the hallway it smelled really bad. We entered our separate rooms and were immediately hit with a very strong smell of mould and dampness. One room was considerably smaller in size, with no where to put a suitcase, even though we paid the same price. We returned to the reception and were given an upgrade to a two bedroom suite. The size was great however again we were hit with an extremely strong smell of mould. Upon checking the bathroom, there was a large mould stain on the ceiling. Again walking to the lift to go back to reception, the hallway smell was overwhelming. We spoke with the manager and he changed our room again! By this time of night we were exhausted from travelling and very hungry so we sat downstairs in the restaurant. They took our order and after some wait, only one meal arrived. One of us finished eating when the next meal came out. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was very average and pricey. The shower was very good and the towels are white and fluffy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was ok but you have to cab it to anywhere nice. We approached the tour woman who was very helpful and friendly. We suddenly saw the ceiling of her office was covered in mould. That poor woman having to work in that space! This hotel is terrible and we are very concerned about the health of people staying there including ourselves.
