needed a place for a few days as we transited from outer islands back to manila before flying back to Canada. nice property, we were upgraded to a room with a few of the pool, beach - room 1402. Staff was great. Small outdoor seating, great shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Was not busy while we were there in early March but could be hard to find lounge chairs at beach or pool if hotel was full. Happy hour was a good option. Breakfast buffet and other menu options for lunch and dinner were good. Only negative comment was that there were some barking dogs that were hanging around the ferry property next to the hotel that would start barking at 4:30 am and could also be annoying while sitting around the pool/beach during daytime. Also some construction as they expand their beach property development but was not a problem for us

I was expecting the beachfront to be as nice as the one in Mövenpick Boracay but I was a little disappointed. But the breakfast buffet and the super amazing staff and top notch service more than made up for it!

Frustrated to be emailed one day before arrival to be told the payment from several months ago had failed despite it clearly saying on my All Accor account that it was fully paid. No early check in was available and no effort was made to contact us when the room was ready.

We Had a wonderful experience at your hotel From the hotel staff with,Kit at the front desk and reservations to the wonderful staff at the restaurants with Geo they made our stay the best.
