The hotel is small, homey and not crowded (at least when i was there). it feels
like a tropical serviced condo instead of
a fancy, snobby hotel. Facilities a bit dated. No bidet in the rooms (other hotels in the same price range have japanese toilets). Food was good. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was genuinely nice, warm and went out of their way to make your experience as
smooth as possible. If the facilities were touched up a bit this hotel
would be perfect.

The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was all very nice. Our only complaint was that the pool area was being repaired. So, not having the pool, plus we were to have an ocean view and instead we only saw big boards outside of our window, we weren't so pleased. Had we been on a higher floor rather than the ground, it wouldn't have been such an issue.

All the staff are friendly and greet you like family. I also appreciate that you remembered my personal preferences. Additionally, it was very comfortable having a lounge for ACCOR members where drinks and light snacks were provided. It’s convenient to just go to the lounge if you get thirsty while playing on the beach.

Been hotel hopping with my fam in 5 star hotels in mactan and I would say Movenpick has the most awesome and superb staff. Super friendly and very helpful. Tried shangrila, sheraton, crimson, dusit, plantation, jpark and etc.. I can really say your staff is the best asset in this hotel. Will definitely go back here for sure.. worth every penny my kids love it here too. Though need to revamp some areas overall exp is sooo relaxing and the much needed break i deserve
