The rooms were a bit old and need some renovation but the staff that work at movenpick more than made up for it. Every single staff we encountered were so friendly, so professional and so accommodating. Their number one priority was to make us happy . We were a group of 16 people all with different needs. The staff all the way from the managers to the workers were so accommodating, welcoming and truly supportive. They greeted us with a smile every day and nothing was too hard for them . A special thanks to Aden , Jan , Rudy and the best apprentice Vincene and the gentleman who organised our jet ski and parasailing activities ( I forgot to get his name) they were absolutely wonderful. They made our holiday so so relaxing and enjoyable

First time in Cebu here and ate dinner on my last night here at the forum and ordered the signature 12-courses balearic grill and it was an absolute best! Every dish was deliciously cooked served carefully on a metal stick. The shrimps were big and fresh cooked by chief Alver. Also first time eating ostrich and it did not disappoint! Jan was our server and he recommended the right sauces for every dish and it was memorable! Bartender Ajay was also kind for giving us free mocktails and it was well paired with the dishes that came as well! Even ordered a spanish latte that afternoon and it was delicious! 10/10 would recommend! 😍

Service and food is top notch at the Forum at Movenpick Resort. My family and I enjoyed the food and service! We tried the 12 course Balearic grill course menu which made us so full. Shoutout to Jan, Ajay, Alver, and Ms. Ella who made the whole experience extra amazing!

Ate at the Forum! The servers Jan and Ajay were so accommodating and compliments to chef Alver! The rooms were very clean and the amenities are still on point. Would also recommend the massage at their spa. Wish the Ibiza beach clip opens soon!

rooms are clean, smells good, relaxing. was able to sleep well because of the comfortable bed, pillow and blankets are neat. most important is the comfort room it is so clean. staff are friendly and easy to talk to. foods are ok. worth the price.
