Best hotel with nice staff and clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Nearest to Haram. From the doorman to the cleaning staff everyone is helpful.

Great stay. Everyone was super welcoming and hospitable . The hotel was super clean with multiple restaurants. The hotel is attached to a mall with food court, shops for all kind of Arabian goodies. And of course the location is unbeatable.

1- We booked a double room for 2 people. There was only one chair. When i asked for second chair the duty manager said that they did not have anymore chairs. When i said one person will use chair and the other person would either stand or stag in bed for the whole week, his reply was “ thats how its going to be” 2- The breakfast variety was of poor selection even the fruit offered was tin fruit rather than fresh fruit on most days. 3- The condition of the bath was poor, full of mould and mildew. I am writing to say thank you. I stayed at room 232 from 31/10/25 to 5/11/25 and I have nothing but praise for your excellent hotel. The room, the building, the restaurant, the food, everything was to an excellent standard. But it is not only the accommodation, what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone spared no effort to make feel very welcome and have a comfortable stay. I did not have any negative experience with anyone. Very good, friendly, welcoming, helpful team from the concierge at arrival and departure, to the nice guy standing with big smile at the entrance to the reception area greeting people walking past the doors, to Monir Hosain from housekeeping, all just lovely atmosphere and very kind and helpful people. I would specially thank Wejdan from reservations who helped over the phone, and Mohammad, the very helpful receptionist who checked me in and very professionally sorted out the glitch in my booking. I was also very impressed by the kindness and welcoming staff at Al-Naim restaurant, specially front desk cashiers, Selim at dinner and the breakfast lady cashier (I think her name is Tahani), also Khalil the waiter who were all exceptionally good to me, and many others who I didn't catch their names, but they were all very welcoming. Of course, my compliments to the chef, the food was always excellent. I have already thanked them, but please pass on again my deepest thanks and appreciation for their welcome and help. I have no problem recommending your hotel and giving you 5 out of 5 stars. I could keep going on to thank you about your hospitality, making my short stay for Umrah a very pleasant experience. I wish everyone all the best and congratulations on doing a great job, keep it up.
