We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Makkah with our family. We were very satisfied with the hotel’s services, especially the comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, and the wide variety of food options, which suited all of us well. The location is absolutely perfect, as the hotel is situated directly across from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for prayers, especially when travelling with family. Special thanks to Sister Ashwaq, who kindly assisted us during the check-in process. Her help and warm attitude made our arrival smooth and pleasant. We truly appreciate her support. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and we would highly recommend Swissôtel Makkah to families and pilgrims.

I stay in 21 floor,,room 2101,,,room was very nice clean,, bed also computable,, housekeeping md saiful islam nd supervisor mr.mohsin very good person,, so kindly,,thanks to all,,,nice hotel,, insallah come back again

The housekeeper Abu bakr is very good. the room makeup is clean n tidy. for room 1612 n 1616

I stayed at Swiss hotel Makkah from 7th to 11th Jan. The location service ambiance of the place was quality from the minute we stepped into the place. We had some minor issues with the room that got initially dealt with duty manager but later escalated to hotel manager Abdul Majeed. This guy took it to next level to resolve the issue. He was the top dog and took it upon himself to upgrade my room and cover all my needs. He personally made sure i was looked after and listened to my feedback and addressed all the issues. Keep up the good work sir !! I would happily stay at this hotel every time given the chance.

wonderful hotel, very close to masjid haram, easier for visitors to do their deeds. The room service was tip top. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and asked them to clean them everyday, always willingg to do it. The atmosphere scent of arab herbs were refreshing to smell. I would really rate this hotel 5 Star because the Value is high. the noise level in the room is literally a noise cancelling room.
