Highly recommended within the network. Descent size room with breathtaking view. The location is perfect with walking distance to holy kaaba. Staff are very approachable and genuine. Imran in the dinning buffet is very attentive and with nice initiative. We have a pleasant stay and looking forward to make it back again.

Amazing panoramic Kaaba views, great service, very neat and clean. Access to haram was both from clock tower mall and from side of hotel as well. Stay was exceptionally good. Wheel chair was easily available for my Mother every time we need it.

Nice experiences and good restaurant. Best view in thr world. I think you must make Indonesian food. Indonesian Jamaah will much to come. Good service. I think make some promo will be better to make interestink for customer. We will back again. Insyallah.

Brilliant experience at Swissotel Makkah. A special thanks to Samy and Abdullah who could not do enough for us at meal times. Cleaning staff were also excellent! A big shout out to all from Matar Travel (Australia) who were there at the same time. You guys were all awesome.
