My dad and I stayed at Zamzam Pullman in Makkah for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—Shahd and Saeed warmly welcomed us at check-in, upgraded us to a Haram view, and even arranged a late check-out, which was extremely kind of them. Bless their hearts! Everyone at the hotel was very professional and attentive throughout our stay. The location is exceptional—just steps away from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Zamzam Pullman to anyone visiting Makkah.
