Came here with my family and was the best first experience. We had originally booked 2 double rooms, as we arrived we was greeted by Basam on reception who checked us in and was very friendly. He then upgraded our room to a family suite room free of charge. The rooms were huge and had a longe area and great view of the haram. Breakfast was included and had a variety of dishes as if we was having breakfast lunch and dinner all in one 😂. We would definitely book here again, very friendly staff and 5* experience.

I booked the hotel via International Hajj travel agent for solo Umrah. The location was perfect, the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was cleaned daily and restocked . The lobby was very clean and it smells great. While checking in I asked the receptionist for a room with a view of the Haram, when I got to my room ??!!! , Waw it was perfect. I like the fact that I could hear the Adhan in my room and was able to adjust the volume too. There’s so many shopping and food options downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel due to their service and location.

There was a bit of a wait upon arrival as there were a lot of guests waiting to check-in. I had originally booked the city view but after checking in I learnt they had given us the Haram view. The lifts were a bit of a wait to get down to the the lower grounds. Other than that, it was great as you are in the clocktower and literally a walk away from the Haram and Kaaba.

Very disappointed in our stay as we had money stolen from our rooms. Also we booked as a family of 6 but were given rooms on floor 3 and floor 16 couldn’t be further apart. The main complaint was the money taken from a purse and a man bag both occasions someone had to be physically going through the bags as the money was tucked away in small pockets in the bags themselves not just an opportunist hence all the more disappointing.( total taken £320) Complained to management in reception they weren’t very apologetic or seemed concerned. Maybe they don’t pay there staff enough wages etc… never ever felt like this in a hotel before just seemed my privacy and security was compromised. Very disappointed in their lack of effort to comfort or satisfy me after my complaint.

I am very happy about the stuff in the rception Thunayyan algethami Very nice for handling the situation helping the other customers good luck and keep it up The room of the hotel it is a little bit old and there is a new re-reactivated rooms, which is quite very good
