Great place to stay, friendly staff, loved the decor and the layout, our suite had the nice view, comfiest bed along with fluffiest pillows, They uave a butler at your discretion who would help you with anything you need. The rooms are made up twice. Restaurant has a decent breakfast buffet Kowsar Hamid at restaurant served us well.

I have visited Makkah many times but this place is the best i have ever stayed in. Starting from the nice and easy check in to the beautiful room overlooking Kaaba to the all details they pay attention to. The hotel is very close to the haram which make this hotel one of the best luxurious options. The breakfasts is excellent. Special service thanks Ms. Alhannof for making our stay unforgettable.

Very relaxing, all staff are hospitable and eager to meet your needs, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was assorted & large variety with a nice view. Nearby cafés, restaurants and shops for all your needs. An enjoyable stay.

Very tasty food with a great selection for all ages, and great service from Kowsar Amin as well as other staff both for breakfast and room service, whom have all been very helpful to our family throughout our stay and meals. Hope to come back again soon!
