First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations and that your stay left you feeling disappointed. We deeply regret that several aspects of your visit fell short of the standards we strive to provide, particularly as a valued ALL Platinum member. While we are pleased to know that you appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of our resort, our natural surroundings, the pool, and the friendliness of our team members, we are truly sorry that these positive elements were overshadowed by the shortcomings you encountered throughout your stay. We regret to learn about your arrival experience and understand your disappointment regarding the wait for your room despite informing us of your expected arrival time. While room availability prior to the official check-in time cannot always be guaranteed, we fully acknowledge that greater care, communication, and hospitality should have been demonstrated by our team. We are equally concerned to learn that insufficient information about the resort facilities and services was provided upon arrival. Your comments have been shared with our Front Office leadership team for review and additional coaching. Please also accept our sincere apologies regarding the condition of your accommodation. The issues you highlighted concerning signs of wear and tear, humidity, damaged room furnishings, and the cleanliness of the terrace are certainly not reflective of the experience we aim to deliver. Your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping, Engineering, and Rooms Division teams for immediate review and corrective action. We are particularly sorry to learn about the misunderstanding regarding the mosquito repellent. We fully understand how uncomfortable and upsetting this situation must have felt, especially when you felt repeatedly questioned regarding an item from the room. This is not the type of guest interaction we expect from our teams, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Your feedback has been addressed with the relevant departments to ensure that future situations are handled with greater professionalism, sensitivity, and discretion. We also regret that the recognition you received as an ALL Platinum member did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the absence of a welcome amenity, welcome drink, and the lack of personalized recognition throughout your stay. As a valued member of the ALL Loyalty Program, your loyalty is sincerely appreciated, and we are sorry that we failed to make you feel appropriately recognized and valued during your visit.
