We are truly pleased to read your kind comments about our lush seaside setting, the relaxing atmosphere, our swimming pools, breathtaking sea views, and your positive experience at both of our restaurants. It is also wonderful to know that you found our team charming and attentive, and that your booking experience through the ALL App was smooth and easy. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations of a 5-star resort. Please accept our apologies regarding the condition of some room facilities, including the loose electrical outlets and the curtains, as well as the delay in housekeeping service on some days. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action. We are also very concerned to read about your experience at the seaside bar, particularly regarding table cleanliness and pricing perception. Cleanliness and attentiveness in our public areas are essential, and your feedback has been addressed with our Food & Beverage team to ensure better monitoring and prompt clearing of tables.
