I have been an all Accor gold member for over two years now, Although my experiences with all Accor properties isn't new, I have travelled all over the world and have stayed multiple brands that All Accor group has. That being said, This was an average stay at Movenpick asara. the welcome team, the spa team, Housekeeping were amazing, warm and made you feel special. My stint with the F&B team however was a bit underwhelming. Peak morning hours no server at the pool side, not just me but other guests had to struggle to get the drinks. My packedge included a 'set dinner' experience at Baan Dum restaurant, Upon arrival they did not have that in their records, Following that the lady in charge has no warmth, the menu was not explained and the food was brought to us. I was not asked or informed about the spice levels and that if i wanted any alterations on food. The food arrives and when I asked the lady that its above my toralent spice levels, she smiles and says "you should have told us earlier" and leaves, No remorse or concerns. Very Cold behaviour . Then we order a mango sticky rice, which was served without sticky rice, When we again asked the lady she said we gave you extra mangos, as if she did us a favor, But she was trying to cover up her mistakes. Very weird thing to say to our guets, Very cold behaviour, Definitely not as per Movenpick Standards. Not all was bad, F& B service staff he beach side bar were amazing and warm. I leave this review only so that it helps Movenpick, I really like Movenpick as a brand and have great experiences with their resorts in the middle east in my past travels.

Mixed Experience - Amazing Staff, but Poor Management I recently stayed at [Movenpieck Hua Hin and while some aspects of my stay were excellent, others were deeply disappointing. First, the positives: the restaurant and housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing. Their friendly and professional service was the highlight of our stay. Without their efforts, we would have seriously considered leaving the hotel early and canceling any future reservations. They truly deserve recognition and a raise for going above and beyond. Now, the negatives: at check-in, we were given an old, dirty room that was far below the standard we expected. When we raised concerns, we were told that all other rooms were booked, and no effort was made to offer us an upgrade or any alternative solution. As a loyal [Club Name] member, this was incredibly frustrating, especially since my status was not acknowledged at all. To make matters worse, the 20% discount we were promised was never applied, and no one attempted to resolve this despite multiple inquiries. While the ground-level staff were phenomenal, the management and overall condition of the hotel were unacceptable. I hope significant improvements are made to the facilities and guest service policies. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here. R/ Napapan

Everything was on point, we thoroughly enjoyed our time very much. Every meals we had were delicious. The staff, despite being very busy, they are incredibly devoted to their jobs to cater to customer's needs. My friend (Japanese, first time to Movenpick) said it was the best breakfast buffet she has ever had and described the hotel as being a"paradise".
