I recently stayed at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the service the facilities and the staff Mr Dean in the reception was exceptional professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests. Thanks to him, my experience at the hotel was unforgettable. highly recommend 🤍🎀

Great location, staff, rooms and overall ambience. Few minutes walk to Health Land for a good massage and a few more steps to the terminal 21 mall. Ample restaurants incl. The Blue Elephant, and a Koren restaurant nearby. The road is a little narrow for walking but that's Bangkok! Heavy traffic in this area between 3-5pm so be forewarned in case yohbuave a plane to catch! Overall a clean area with plenty to do.

The room was a bit dated but spotless and comfortable. The team was really nice and helpful. They were fast to accommodate my request. On the 1st night, I asked them to help split the bed into 2 single beds, the staff came really quick although it was a little bit after 10 pm. The only room of improvement would be the diversity of breakfast menu. I wish there were more Thai traditional breakfast options offered. It would be a nice touch to introduced a bit of the Thai culture to the guests. Would love to tried their free Tuktuk ride to the MRT/BTS but the service started at 10 AM which was a bit late.

Breakfast was a tasty start to the day, and the service was very helpful and friendly. Location-wise, it was pretty convenient too, it was very easy to get around, we also enjoyed the free service tuk tuk to Terminal 21 mall. We also particularly enjoyed Mr. Chang’s warm welcome and patience in helping us and giving a brief tour of bangkok itself. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay here, definitely going back again some time of the year. Thank youu!
